Our renovated (in 2019) 3-bedroom apartment features a brand new kitchen and (2) renovated bathrooms across three floors. Each of our three private bedrooms house a queen bed.

Want to get outside? We're a half-mile ( < 10 minute walk) from Downtown Bloomfield, filled with bars, restaurants, and a train station (with access to NYC / New York Penn Station).

NYC is accessible by direct train in about 34 minutes on weekdays. On weekends, the trip takes longer due to a required transfer, or you can drive 9 minutes to the Orange Train Station to catch the direct train, which reaches the city in about 33 minutes.

The apartment is a middle unit in a townhouse style, meaning no one is above or below you, but the side walls are shared with neighboring units.

The unit offers fast, free, unlimited WiFi with a speed of 200mb. The house features newer flooring, fresh paint, a brand new kitchen, and two updated bathrooms. We also provide one assigned off-street parking spot.

Please Note: Although newly renovated, this is an older building typical for the area. The apartment includes two steep staircases, which may be challenging for individuals with difficulty navigating stairs, as none of the bedrooms are on the main floor.

The house is cooled by window AC units.
