Unwind in this cool, updated cottage. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy a little bit of the country and close proximity to the beach. The interior of our place is completely updated and has a beautiful kitchen with new stainless appliances and cabinets. The bathroom is all new wih beautiful tiled shower/ tub and wall
The cottage has a large outdoor space perfect for stretching out, relaxing, cooking on grill and plenty of parking areas ample for boat or motorcycle trailers. Please no electric cars pug into my outlets.
The property is located only minutes, 2.8 miles. from N Myrtle Beach Sports Center, and 5 miles from the ocean with keyless entry. We offer privacy, with well lit entry and dead bolt locks for security.
We will accept 1 dog under 50 lbs and charge a cleaning fee of 50.00 per stay. If you are planning on bringing your friend, please inform me.
Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
I will only be a phone call away if you need anything. Looking forward for your booking!

The place was nice and well kept. There were a couple of issues during our stay, but the property owner was very responsive, even on Thanksgiving day. Only downside was some pretty serious road noise, but it wasn't nearly as bad in the back bedroom.

Great host, great price, clean property, and convenient to NMB and Conway! FYI, if you’re a light sleeper, there is a fair amount of traffic passing by throughout the night.

We had a wonderful stay, and would do it again in a heartbeat! The place was very nice, very clean, plus we were able to bring our dog, and the owner was quick to respond to messages before and during our stay. We were in town to visit our son at Coastal Carolina, so it was very convenient to get to campus, N. Myrtle Beach, Surfside, downtown Conway, etc. We would definitely stay there again if/when we go back to visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Extremely satisfied in all aspects of the process. Dianne was quick to respond to our questions and very easy to work with. The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in, is in a nice location and each of the 3 beds were sturdy and comfortable.Would absolutely recommend to our friends and family if ever needing to be in this area.

Stayed here for 3 days with my family. Took 6 different attmpts to get in using the key pad because it was raining. Everytime a rain drop would hit the pad as i was trying to type in the entry code it would register a different digit. Trying to keep an outdoor keypad dry in the middle of a south carolina thunderstorm is near impossible but after a few attempts we finally got in. Once in, the overal space seemed nice but not completely clean. The floors were dirty, around the kitchen table even had dirty pasta on the floor. If you have issues walking i would caution you staying at this property as there are multiple tripping hazards through out the house with the laminate flooring coming up in spots. Unfortunate the poor workmanship on the property continues into the bathroom. While my 9 year old son was taking a shower, the inproperly installed curtain rod fell on him while showering. When I addressed the property owner about the incident with my son her response was "i dont knownwhat to tell you, its never happened before" Additionally, if you are use to quiet sleep conditions, you will not get a good night's sleep here. It is next to an extremely busy road way. If you're looking for an obstacle course and the street traffic of myrtle beach without the extra drive, this is your place!

The cottage was beautiful and spacious. Diane was so helpful and a great host. We had everything we needed, and the house was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The house was only 15 mins from the beach. It's a great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house has a big living room, a dining table in the kitchen and another in the living room, and spacious bedrooms. The washer/dryer were a big bonus. The noise from the street is considerable, especially in the master bedroom, but we're used to living in the city, so it didn't bother us.

Super clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations. The property had a lot of room to spread out, which our teenage daughter appreciated. The location was an 11 minute drive from my mom's. This was so convenient, especially to check back in on our dog. We never used the dishwasher. It would have been helpful to have kitchen towels since I did dishes by hand, but paper towels were avaliable. We didn't cook at the house or use the grill. We only made breakfast as we had most meals at my mom's. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was great and it was awesome that all of the rooms had ceiling fans. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor spaces, as we were at my mom's most of the time, or it was raining out. If you have pets, it is located right on highway 90 and the property is not fenced. The house backs up to dense woods. We arrived later than expected on our first night. Just be mindful of the tree frogs that like to visit the back entrance at night. They were not a problem, but we wanted to make sure that they didn't get in the house. Amazing stay and would stay again in the future. Host was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful experience from the time we walked in until the time we left, everything we needed was there, well kept, and clean. The host was very nice and met our needs as our son was playing baseball in the area. I would highly recommend staying here for any family that has a kid playing sports at the North Myrtle beach complex as it is within 5mins from the house and only 15-20mins from all other activities the beach has to offer.

A short stay

Place was clean and not too far off from my relatives. Biggest problem was the traffic at all hours as it's located on a busy road. Other than that, we had no issues.

Everything was great!! Everything was clean. The only thing i would mention is that it’s very close to a very busy road and so it was pretty loud all night and in the morning.

Beautiful Place Close To Everything

Gorgeous home, very nice , all updated, very spacious, the homeowner takes excellent care and up keep of the property and it shows, beautiful hardwood floors, updated interior, state of the art finishings and appliances, decor beautifully done, this place has all the comforts of home away from home, has everything you need, we brought extra towels , they provide you with one set per person, never used a keruig coffee maker till our stay here, stopped at local grocery store got the cups that go in it, got some sweet n low and creamer I was all set every morning for the week, loved the motion sensor lights inside getting up in the early am hours with the dog was a nice feature, the lights outside was a nice feature to have also, yard had been recently cut and all ant beds had been treated, you definitely can tell they take pride in the upkeep of the property, very clean inside and out, beds are comfortable too, fancy fridge, knock on it light interior comes on, you can open just one partial of a side to get items off the door without opening the whole door, very impressive and huge just amazing, all rooms are stunning, down to the bathroom sink, very impressive & elegant, touch of class with many parts of the home, check in was a breeze, and owner was very kind and caring,checking to make sure we had everything, etc, very pleasant and just a true gem, a diamond in the rough staying here , close to the beach and everything within minutes, enjoyed our stay

Nice layout

My husband and I had a pleasant stay here in what appeared to be a fairly newly remodeled and surprisingly spacious home. We didn't do any cooking, but kitchen is well-equipped with newer appliances, a roomy bathroom and 3 bedrooms. My only complaint was slightly uncomfortable mattresses and road noise, but it ended up being Bike Week in downtown Myrtle Beach. Otherwise, the home is conveniently located within a half hour drive to beaches and a variety of restaurants.and carries all your basic needs for a home away from home.
