We would stay again. Location is great for access to light rail. Unit very clean. Building amenities are well maintained. Photos are accurate. Rooms are small. Kitchen is adequate for preparing breakfast and finishing on premade items. Not equipped for a full meal prep.

The condo matched the description perfectly. It’s a beautiful and VERY CLEAN space. I tend to be picky about where I stay, requiring cleanliness and authenticity beyond just good photos — and this place exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with all amenities, and the host was very welcoming, accommodating my last-minute extension because of my visit to MDACC. Its location is convenient to everything. I rate this place 5 stars.

Condo is exactly as described plus the security in the building leaves you feeling safe in the middle of the city, although we walked around the city and felt safe everywhere we went. Conveniently located to hospitals, stores, restaurants and great walking paths.We will be returning to MD Anderson after the holidays and hope this condo will be available. This should be everyone’s 1st choice when needing to stay in Houston.

The apartment was tiny. It was nice and clean but way too small for three people. I wouldn't book again.

I understand that comfort is paramount when choosing accommodations, and I sincerely apologize if our condo felt smaller than anticipated. For clarity, the space is 1,070 square feet and is thoughtfully designed to offer both functionality and comfort. Our guests often appreciate the spectacular views, the access to the rooftop pool, on-site restaurant, concierge service and the full fitness center, all of which provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, we are located in the heart of the medical center, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. While I understand your concerns, I hope you might reconsider, as many of our guests have found our space to be perfectly suited for both short and extended stays. Home away from home

This place was truly a home away from home the place was nice and clean and has all the amenities you would need for a stay long or short term. All the checkin instruction was clear and direct. Along with the host was very accommodating and was great with communication, I absolutely enjoyed this stay everything attended was no more that 10 mins way from the area and I did not have to deal with a ton of traffic or noise this was by far the most convenient location and I would 100% recommend.

Houston Weekend

The location was perfect for our 2-night Houston stay. We visited Rice, which was very convenient. There are many good restaurants within a 10-minute drive, and we walked to Hermann Park. The condo had everything we needed and was quite clean and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the rooftop deck for the view. While the unit has a small patio, there are no chairs. Be aware that the space is small so there are some tight corners to maneuver, especially in the king bedroom. We managed fine with three people though.
