This spacious and luxurious home is ideal for families and groups eager to explore all that Central Florida has to offer.

➜ Conveniently located just 15 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Downtown Orlando and Universal Studios, and 33 minutes to the Kia Center.
✪ Amenities:
➜ Enjoy access to the clubhouse lounge, conference room, kitchen, smart TVs, pool, and outdoor lounge area, open daily from 10 am to 6 pm (weather and management permitting).
➜ Fully fenced private pool.
➜ Availability of 2 free parking spots (2 passes).
➜ Highspeed internet access.
➜ Smart TVs from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube.

➜ Approx. 2020ft² / 187 m² of space.
✪ Bedrooms:
➜ The master bedroom on the first floor features a king-sized bed.
➜ Bedroom 2 on the second floor features a King-sized bed.

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

Surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful streets, this community offers the perfect balance of suburban tranquility and easy access to urban amenities. Take leisurely strolls along tree-lined pathways, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Nearby parks provide ample opportunities for picnics and outdoor activities, fostering a strong sense of community and leisure. With easy access to shopping centers, dining options, and local attractions, this neighborhood combines the best of suburban living with all the modern comforts and conveniences you need. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or eager to explore the city’s offerings, this area promises a delightful and fulfilling living experience.

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.
