A 2-bedroom stylish home located in a quiet neighborhood of Sarasota. Located minutes away from world-renowned pristine beaches (8 miles from the Siesta Key Beach (#1 Beach in the US) and 9 miles from Lido Key Beach), Sarasota Downtown (3 miles) and walking distance from the golf facility (Golf academy is 1 min walk), in-door shooting range (6 min walk), One-Eyed Jacks Poker Room (13 min walk), grocery store (Winn-Dixie 16 min walk or 2 min drive away, Stop & Shop 4 min drive, The Fresh Market is 8 mins drive and Whole Foods is 9 mins drive). UTC Mall is 15 mins away.

Sarasota is a town, located at the #1 Beach in the US - Siesta Key. It has a white sand that does not heat up in the sun or stick as much as the regular sand. The water is warm enough to swim at the sunset. Speaking of sunsets, the best place to watch/take photos of the sunset (and many do) is Lido Key Beach, also in Sarasota.
Before getting to and out of Lido Key Beach, you will pass St. Armand Circle - a great vibrant venue to spend a quality evening, with lots of restaurant, boutique shops, and plenty of walking space.
Sarasota downtown is also nearby, with great rooftops (my favorite is the one in Westin Sarasota), rich restaurant and shopping scene. There is also an Opera House in downtown.
The immediate neighborhood around the property has a lot of activities to offer - golfing (Eve's Golf Academy), shooting (in-door shooting range), a poker (Poker room) and much more.
