This guest clearly had very high expectations that were not met. My listing is exactly as pictured and described in the many photos I have provided. I do not promote it to be upscale. There is partial fencing out front which is part of the reason why I gave this guest a $4,000.00 discount on the original price when they inquired about my rental. The master queen bedroom is exactly as described and pictured in my listing both then and currently. The only difference is the newer boxspring mattress which this guest requested and I accommodated during thier stay. I was told by a few renters that the queen bed wasn't very comfortable due to it's firmness. Other renters loved it and the fact that it is low to the ground. The sleeper sofa was replaced. I replaced it with a newer, 4 recliner sofa COUCH (2 electric, 2 manual) not lounge chairs as this guest stated. Local programs were available. I am sorry that this guest did not have the technological savvy necessary to utilize it. If guest would have asked for help I again would have accommodated them. Guest told me that they would use their Hulu account days before their stay ended because I advised them that I would be removing the local cable due to lack of use. I offered to help them with their Hulu account because they weren't sure how to use that either. The hot tub does not get hot. This is VERY clearly stated in my listing for all to see. The heating element is out.
