It’s a nice place. Everything works fine. The space works perfectly for a couple. We walk a lot so there are plenty of things to do within a mile or two. Of course, with a car, the options are far more expanded.

We stayed for two nights during Summerfest. The location of the property is in a very safe area with free behind the building parking. It’s a second floor apartment, so it felt even safer to have a first level locked entry door and then our apartment entry door as well. The apartment was furnished with a few food items and kitchen supplies for cooking. There were towels and sample sizes of toiletry items. The only downfall for me was the fact that the whole apartment wasn’t air conditioned. We like to sleep cold, so the first night we struggled sleeping in the warmer bedroom (living room has a portable AC). The second night we slept on the reclining couch to stay cooler and it was actually very comfy! The sun in the morning is very bright as well, so the curtains in the living room helped us be able to sleep in a little better since the bedroom did not have darkening curtains. Overall, I would definitely stay again in this safe affordable rental!

Cute apartment nestled in small town by Milwaukee. Stayed for summerfest, had no issues aside from the AC working TOO well.

The host was attentive the location was good, but there were various issues with the place. Many amenties were missing, such as cutting boards, a dust pan, and other items, and the outlets were either way too tight or way too loose. The heat also would never turn off, which lead to the entire placing being way too hot the entire trip. Overall, not a bad stay, just some nit picks I had.

The home was very basic. I liked the location and the fact that it had parking and 2 locked and secured doors. It had things like towels and an iron and ironing board, but it lacked things like hand soap or dish soap. I also spent the first day without wifi because the host said it was listed in a binder, but it wasn’t and they didn’t get back to me until the second day of my stay. A lot of information in the binder was outdated and confusing so it needs to be updated overall. The host could consider adding things like towels for cleaning or a sponge and a filter that can be refilled and left in the fridge for water. A lamp in the living room would be nice as well. It also wasn’t clean. There was a lot of dust under the bed and in some other areas and the microwave and stoves weren’t clean.

Our stay

The apartment was clean and check in was easy! Just a few recommendations: the bath towels were so small! We are not large women but the towels could have been upgraded to large 😂 there were three of us staying and only 2 coffee pods 😢 we shared but it was not ideal….Offer decaf as well as regular? Maybe have paper plates available? Easy clean up! And just an fyi, the ac unit in the bedroom wasn’t working well? A red light is flashing 😉 not being critical, just suggestions! Thank you!!!
