New renovation cozy house in Worcester

🏡Our newly renovated home. Located at the end of the road, the house is completely isolated and quiet. And has comfortable parking for 6+ cars. Behind the house there is a small open space forest that feels comfortable. The house is surrounded by a closely monitored camera system. The house can accommodate 14 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

•🚪The first door opens into the hallway, and the Second door opens into the house.
*Designed by 2 locks for privacy and safety for everyone.*

•Check-in after: 3:00 Pm.
•Check-out: Before 11:00 Am.
* If guests want to change check-in or check-out time, they must notify us. (Guests will not be able to decide on their own).

🖇️ Our house provides basic : cooking utensils, Towels, shampoo, shower and laundry soap, hangers, iron, slippers…. ⛔️NO SMOKING.
⛔️NO MARIJUANA.
⛔️NO DRUGS HOUSE RULE.

❌ Things to note:
•NO PARTYING.
•NO GROUP.
• No smoking and marijuana are prohibited substances in the house. It is possible to smoke in the back yard and then dispose of the tobacco residue in a pot afterwards.
•Quiet hours to avoid disturbing neighbors are from 10pm to 7am.
•🥙Limit bringing food to the bedroom. Clean up leftover food after use (to avoid ants).
•⛔️Do not move furniture in the house without permission.
•🅿️ Park in the right place. Park the car vertically. (Avoid rocks flying into the window glass 🪟).
•🚮 Please put all trash in bags before putting it in the trash can. (Every morning from 8:00 -> 8:30 someone will come to collect the trash).
•🚪Remember to close the door when entering and exiting (to prevent insects from flying in, to keep everyone safe, especially in the hot season when they are likely to appear).
•👟 Take off your shoes before entering the house (to avoid water wetting the carpet, causing dampness and leaving a bad smell).
•🧳When guests leave the house, remember to turn off the devices that are turned on (stove, air conditioner, TV, etc.) to ensure safety.
• 🅱️ After using the BBQ. Please remember to put out the fire before leaving. (Safety guarantee)And put everything back to its original position.
•🐾 Clean up dog waste (otherwise we will charge $50)
