The bedrooms and living spaces were super comfortable and well thought out. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked but we ate out mostly. Restaurants and coffee shops were very close by. We especially liked the mattresses and comfortable bedding. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay for six in our family on a beautiful weekend in Lake City. Our home was well equipped in the kitchen, comfortable for our sleeping, located close to the marina. Loved the charm of this restored older home.

This house was SO easy to access! The host was gracious and always informative, allowed us early access on the day we checked in since some of us arrived earlier than others. When we got there, the house was immaculate and the host had left a lot of easy-to-access information about the house and the area as well. The bedrooms were lovely, the beds comfy and the architectural details charming. The bathrooms have both been completely updated too. The kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher, which might be an issue for some, but since we were family who hadn't seen each other for quite a while, we did a lot of catching up over dishes. :-) The kitchen is equipped well enough for us to serve complicated multi-dish dinners for 10, and the dining room easily sat all of us. We truly loved this house and hope that you, should you choose to stay here, will enjoy it as much as we did.

Beautiful and Convenient

We just loved this house. The house is so clean and decorated so beautifully. We have a huge family of 6 and 4 teenagers and we were so comfortable!The location was so perfect and we were right up the road from town, the marina and the market! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and preparation for meals. The host was so patient with my rookie attempt at VRBO and made it so easy and painless. We will definitely come back.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. House is located within walking distance of Lake Pepin and the Marina. The grocery store is right down the street.

We had a wonderful stay over the July 4th weekend! The home was extremely clean and the location was perfect. It was a short walk to the lovely local coffee shop (Rustic Coffeehouse) each morning for pastries and coffee and all the other little shops in town. We were also able to walk down to the lake to watch the awesome fireworks display. The host was very responsive to any questions I had before we arrived and during the entire stay. It was a very hot weekend and the house stayed plenty cool with a cooling unit downstairs and fans available in every upstairs bedroom that kept us cool. The entire home was well appointed including thoughtful details like a welcoming snack basket and individually wrapped vanity kits in the bathrooms. We would absolutely stay here again!
