Soak all your cares away in the bubbling hot tub, afterward spending an evening under the stars gathered around the crackling firepits. A fitness center and clubhouse with game room round out the exciting features you’ll find here, and all can be enjoyed at your leisure. When you’re ready to hit the links, the Desert Willow Golf Resort offers challenging fairways, abundant water features, and spectacular views. Away from the resort, boutique shopping, grocery, and upscale dining are just a short drive away in downtown Palm Desert, as is the larger Palm Springs for breezy day trips to and from the city.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



- Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and patio access.

- Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and spacious walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a long-term (30+ days) rental only.

- Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $200, that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Parking available for 3 vehicles – 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage.

-- A deposit of $1,000/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1,000/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference.

- The community pool is heated year round.





Palm Desert is a popular tourist destination, known for its warm climate, golf courses, resorts, and shopping. Visitors can enjoy the warm weather by golfing, swimming, sunbathing, and taking advantage of the many hiking and biking trails in the area. Palm Desert is also home to several museums, art galleries, and theaters. For shopping and dining options, there are many malls and boutiques in the city along with a number of restaurants, from casual to fine dining.

Other Things to Note:

Trash is picked up Friday mornings - Guests must place cans curbside Thurs evening or Friday by 6am and bring back into garage once picked up. Cans cannot be left outside per HOA.
