Cute house in a great area! All the amenities we needed in the house, close to town, and a kind host who checked in and expressed concern about our travel back following the hurricane. Will be on our list to request again if we need a VRBO in the area. Thank you!

Check in instructions were easy to follow and the house was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the furniture was comfortable as well. It was a great spot for us to gather for Easter weekend. We really enjoyed the outdoor space too.

We loved the location, the layout, the amenities, and almost everything else. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star review is that the refrigerator shelves, kitchen countertops, and bathroom faucets all needed significant cleaning before use. As long as these items are addressed at wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Small house in a very busy location with lots of traffic due to a school across the road. Clean and comfortable. Very close location to town. Neighbors very friendly and quiet

Thank you Brenda for coming, I am glad you Enjoyed Sunset Rose. Newnan school as listed is 1/4 mile away on the next street over. People enjoy the excitement of a football game and walk over. Also very close to downtown

We visit Newnan often and found this place to be well appointed and convenient. It's proximity to downtown Newnan is great! It is close to a busy intersection right next to the new large high school but we didn't mind and traffic was never an issue for our day to day outings. Evenings were quiet. The house itself is cute, clean and comfortable. It's very tastefully updated and the kitchen has all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay short or long. We will definitley have this rental marked as a favorite for our future trips to visit local family.

Rose Cottage

I stayed at Rose Cottage while working in Newnan, it was exactly as described, great location and very comfortable. We walked to the historic downtown in the evenings, it is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The area is very nice and the historic homes are so beautiful. The house had everything we needed for our stay, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the cookware I needed. The coffee bar was a great perk. Thank you.

The city of Newnan was great. This property is located in a cozy little neighborhood and very close to the adorable downtown area. The home itself is well decorated and it almost felt like we were just staying with a close family friend. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cookware and appliances as well. The only thing with which we were really displeased was the overall cleanliness of the home. It was dusty and seems to be in need of a deep clean. We believe the sheets were clean but the bathroom rugs, blankets and comforters didn’t seem to be freshly laundered. The shower liner has a musty moldy smell as well.

We do In fact launder our bedding as per our high cleaning standards which includes the bath matts on rotation as well as dusting. Our cleaning team has already touched on the spots you have brought to my attention. Come visit again soon!

The house was large and had nice amenities. Beautiful decor and landscaping. The downsides were that the property wasn’t as clean as I had expected. There was dust on the furniture and under the beds. There were no dishwasher pods left, so we were unable to follow the cleaning instructions that ask for the dishes to be ran before leaving. There were beetles and biting ladybugs all over the house, it made us feel uncomfortable. We also found it unusual that the owner has food stored in the freezer that states that it was not to be eaten by guests. All around, a mostly good stay. Would likely not stay again.

Hi Michelle, Sorry something was not to your liking. We ask that you contact us asap so we can come and make it better. I did not hear from you We have so many 5 star reviews we hope you do come back. The bottom shelf in the freezer is mine and no one has ever cared that I mark it owners. Also sorry about the lady bugs. In Georgia bugs fly at different times of the year. This is lady bug season. Any open door they fly inside quickly.

It was the perfect little house to host my family and my parents for the week that they came to visit. The house is cute and cozy, well kept. The area is nice and the location is great being right next to downtown Newnan.
