We aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for every guest while maintaining respect for the home and community. Please review the guidelines below.
1. A short rental agreement must be signed before check-in instructions are released.
2. Early check-in may be requested the day before arrival and is subject to approval. The rate is $20 per hour before the standard check-in time. Standard check-in: Mon–Sat 4:00 PM, Sun 5:00 PM.
3. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be requested in advance. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. 11:00 AM is $20, 12:00 PM is $40, and late departures without notice after 12:00 PM may incur a $300 fee.
4. Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay (not included in the booking total and will be collected through the resolution center). Extra Pet Cleaning Fee are as follows: 1-2 nights: $100/pet; 3-6 nights: $150/pet; 7-29 nights: $250/pet; 30+ nights: $300/month/pet.
5. Visitors must be approved in advance for security and community reasons.
6. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. There is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported.
7. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, loud gatherings, loud music or disturbances are not allowed. Confirmed violations or neighbor complaints may result in a $1000 fee and possible removal.
8. Please leave the home in reasonable condition. Excessive mess, damages, or heavily stained linens or towels may result in additional charges.
9. Extra towels and sheets are not automatically provided. Guests are welcome to bring additional items if needed.
10. Please be advised that an additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail.
12. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob.
13. Safety devices must not be tampered with. Entry cameras monitor exterior access only. Blocking or disabling them may result in cancellation without refund.
14. If maintenance is required during your stay, we will address it as soon as possible. Repair needs do not qualify for refunds.
15. Lockout assistance may incur a service fee.
16. Stays longer than 29 nights require a professional housekeeping visit for $150, paid by the guest.
