Leaning Joshua is located in the open desert landscape of the Sunfair area — one of Joshua Tree’s quieter residential pockets known for wide views, dark skies, and a peaceful atmosphere.

• Paved road access (Sunfair → Broadway recommended)
• Open desert parcels surrounding most sides
• One neighboring home to the east
• No streetlights — excellent stargazing

This is not a dense neighborhood. It’s spacious, rural desert living with room to breathe.

A car is required. There is no public transit or reliable ride-share service in the area.





🚗 To avoid dirt roads, take Sunfair Rd → Broadway → Flamingo Ave.
GPS may suggest rougher routes — we recommend this paved option for a smoother arrival.

Parking is available in the driveway or directly in front of the home.

🏡 Guests have full private access to the home and yard.
You may explore the property from the roadways to the back wooden fence at your own discretion.
This is a natural desert environment. Please be mindful of uneven terrain, desert plants, and wildlife.
