Fun holiday trip

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze! It was in the perfect location, close to all of our favorite spots in Nags Head and an easy drive to Downtown Manteo for their NYE event. The layout of the house was great for our group of 6 and the owners provided everything we needed for our stay. We loved sitting around the large table for meals and games. The sunsets were amazing and we had the perfect view from the back balcony of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the layout of the home, the pool & great hot tub. A fully stocked kitchen with everything available to cook for the family. All labeled and ready. Cross breeze from the ocean made the house cozy. From the moment we walked it the house was spotless & smelt so good! You will not regret this vacation home

Our family had an amazing time together at his home. The weather didn’t cooperate but that allowed us more time inside to spend together. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Very clean & well furnished. Amenities were appreciated. Amble supplies & well organized. Access to the beach was a bit further than hoped. There was only one key to the property which made it challenging to ensure access with multiple family stay. Lots of steps. Overall a good experience.

House was clean and stocked. Mary, the host, was very responsive and thorough. Loved that you can sit outside on the deck and listen to live music from the restaurant nearby. Used the pool everyday after the beach. Walk to beach entrance was about 5 minutes. There is also public parking right across from the beach entrance if you want to drive instead. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great house centrally located in Nags Head!

We absolutely loved the house! It was in excellent condition and offered multiple outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the beautiful water views. Its central location in the Outer Banks made it easy to explore the area — from beach days to sampling amazing local restaurants. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, especially with college-age kids, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and pool — great features that made our stay even more fun. Mary was amazing to work with and was available for questions. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Rental in Nags Head

We rented this house for seven members of our family who were attending wedding festivities in Manteo. We could not have rented a better property. The house was spotless, rooms spacious, lovely furniture, kitchen organized with everything labeled, and I loved walking into the house upon arrival with the house being cool after our almost 7-hour ride. The pool is heated and truly felt heated. I love relaxing by a pool but rarely go in. I went into this one. And the hot tub was just perfect . . . it seemed new. It had plenty of space, was comfortable, loved the privacy fence next to it, and it was a perfect temperature. The Blue Moon Grill is just a few steps away . . the food was yummy. The beach is close also.I can't say enough positive things about this house. In addition to the house itself being wonderful with zero negative surprises, the owner is a dream to communicate with. I received consistently quick responses to any and all questions. To Mary (the owner): Thank you so much for the surprise of the games being sent to the house. We had such fun with Scattergories and Uno. We were so busy with other activities that we didn't have time to use the others, but we so very much appreciate your thoughtfulness in adding all the games to your collection. Thank you for making our long weekend in Nags Head/Manteo perfect.J.O.

Perfect Vacation - Everything we needed and felt brand new

It was a wonderful vacation for our crew! Everything in the house felt brand new. It was not your typical well-worn beach house. I appreciate all the small touches that made our stay easier: extra trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The kids loved the game tables in the basement, the pool, and the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated everything being labeled, all light switches, drawers, etc. Both decks had great views, and the house is in the perfect location to Food Lion and everything else. It's clear the owners take pride in their home.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners had some issues with the previous tenants before our stay and a few things were broke when we checked in, however they responded very quickly. The beds were comfy, and the house had everything we needed. This place was in a really good location. Definitely will be coming back.

Wonderful experience staying here

My family and I had an amazing stay at Ocean Breeze! We loved everything about it. The house was spacious, so we never felt cramped, but the layout also made it easy to spend quality time together. We had a blast playing pool and foosball—our friendly competitions even turned into an epic tournament! We also took advantage of the board games, and it was great that we could all comfortably sit together at the dining table with plenty of extra space. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen was by far the best-stocked rental kitchen we’ve ever seen—we didn’t need a thing! Being able to walk to the beach (which we practically had to ourselves) was fantastic, but our favorite part was the short walk to Blue Moon Beach Grill right behind the house.We originally planned to eat there once, but the incredible food, atmosphere, and sheer convenience had us coming back multiple times! I can’t say enough great things about this house or about Mary, who answered my questions so quickly! We’re already planning our next trip, and there’s no question—we’ll be booking here again!

Amazing Beach House with awesome ocean views!

Wonderful home for our family vacation! Enjoyed seeing the amazing ocean views from the house!! Beds are comfortable and place was very clean! Wifi and TV are working well. Would highly recommend this house to anyone. Will be back in the future.
