The property was perfectly adequate for our needs. It's in a great neighborhood (within walking distance to the Giant Eagle). It could have been a little cleaner and updated, but nothing that inhibited our time there.

Good communication with the owner. Parking is poor . That area needs cleaned up. Everything about the apartment was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Maintenance is non existent

There is a cleaning crew that comes to the property. But unfortunately they only do what they're there to do. The bushes were overgrown to the point that only an econobox could fit in the side parking spot, there was trash and yard waste in the garage so the cleaners wouldn't even pull all the way into it, blocking the second spot. Then upon walking up to the front door there was mail flowo out of the mailboxed, a lot cigarette butts all over and there were two snow shovels on the front porch, it was the last week of May. Then there was a large box in the stairwell, it was apparently a dining table, so yes it took most of the room on the first landing and was troublesome to get our bags and dog past. Sadly that is not where laxity ended, the ceiling in the bathroom had a leak above, where there was paint peeling and protruding inches off of the surface. We were offered to stay in another apartment in the building, but the accommodations would have had us leave after one night, so we took the refund. We ultimately got the refund but the host was reluctant to issue it himself, and postponed blaming VRBO for his lack of skills at managing the rental. I spoke to a representative they told me multiple times that the host needed to issue the refund. I my opinion this place could be a lot nicer, but it's likely seen as passive income rather than an investment, so there is a great deal of deferred maintenance.

Can't beat the location! So many food options are within walking distance, including a late night convenience store. It's also pretty safe with a bank and school down the street. We did experience a significant issue inside (related to cleanliness), but the host promptly responded to correct it so I won't go into details here. Hopefully it was an isolated incident because otherwise the property is great.

Owner prompt . Run down outside. Lacks maintenance .

Building very OLD and Lacks maintenance . Management very responsive. Cleaning not very thorough . Surface cleaning only. Can hear every step upstairs and talking from downstairs . This place would be nice and things were taking care off.

When we arrived, we noticed there was a coffee machine but no filters. Jesse arranged for delivery of filters that evening. Parking was easy and convenient. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Bath faucet was counterintuitive and difficult to work, but we managed. Lots of streaming services which we enjoyed. Kitchen had only scratched teflon pans and no dish rack, nor tea towel. I cooked with my own cast iron pan. Suggest that someone who cooks furnish the kitchen a bit better. I left a dish rack and tea towel. Generally pleasant stay.

Weekend trip

Property very dated in terms of appliances, shower and overall carpentry bathroom ceilng had large rust stains on ceiling, shower and surround dirty and rusted stove was old, with all the paint and handles ribbed iff gnats and bugs flying around - in our drinks and any open container sheets were not clean bedroom dresser didn't function properly large rusted nail sticking up in front porch by stairs - tripped almost headfirst down steps good location - could be nice place with major updates and cleanin g

Property in need of repairs - not up to rental standards. Pros: Comfortable bed and clean, Cons: Poorly stocked kitchen. Old worn appliances. Trash and cig butts on porch, overgrown lawn - gave college living vibes. Was told we could check in at 3 but not sent instructions until 3:50 after several requests. Friendly host but overall not worth the $$.

Exactly like advertised

Spacious apartment with two clean beds. Would definitely stay there again! Hopefully next time there won’t be residents above us with army boots that smoke weed 24/7.
