This is a great property for a long weekend or even longer. We did not want to leave. We enjoyed taking in the expansive view of the marsh and rivers from the screen in porch. The house is full of beautiful art and well appointed with furniture and kitchenware. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. The nearby ship store has fuel, ice, seafood and staples to keep you supplied. Everyone was very friendly and the host was most accommodating. We would love to visit again.

Sparkling clean, updated, and great location. We had a blast fishing, crabbing, and kayaking off the dock then walking over to B&B to buy shrimp for sunset. Wonderful stay.

We had an amazing time! The house and property are very beautiful. The access to a private dock was perfect for the guys fishing at their leisure. Sunrises were beautiful from the dock. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The home was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Overall, this is a great vacation spot and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting some R&R.

Jordi was awesome from the time that we booked until we left. She was extremely informative and very easy to deal with. She stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed and even went out of her way to help us with a problem we were having with the TV. The house was beautiful and was a perfect fit for what we needed. She let us use her dock to fish and was the absolute best host that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommended staying here. We will absolutely be back. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much Jordi for the amazing accommodations and the excellent service.

Quiet convenience

Convenient launching point with ramp within walking distance and dock to keep your boat in the water. Fully stocked home to keep everything about relaxing. Bring bug spray. The noseeums are no joke.

While the home itself was nice, it was not updated as pictures in llisting had showed more frustrating. I was charged an additional 300 after my stay for things like trash left behind crumbs by the bedside flies in the house none of these which caused any actual damage I already paid 4000 for this plus 100 for extra insurance and I was never shown any photos or proof of any claim. I was very disappointed that Virgo allowed the charges without verifying the situation, especially after such a significant overall payment. when I spoke to the owners, they Said we broke the back door handle . The house is pretty old, and the handles were wore out . They also mentioned that step was broke to outside, which was dry rotted again no photos to prove otherwise. I have been renting from Vurbo for the last 5 years and never had an issues with anyone This is the departure list beware make sure you bring a pick up to haul off the trash 1/2 mile down the road.
