¡Nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños es el lugar perfecto para pasar unas relajantes vacaciones! Nuestra casa tiene un área de comedor en la gran sala, además de una gran mesa de comedor en la terraza. Todas las habitaciones duermen cómodamente 2 adultos. También tenemos una habitación delantera con una cama Queen Murphy y una cama doble convertible. Excelente pesca y kayak están a las afueras de la puerta de atrás. Recientemente instalado nuevo malecón y su propia playa privada de arena blanca de 13x100 '.

You know it’s been a great vacation when you don’t want it to end. What a wonderful, relaxing home! The house was remarkably clean and very well appointed. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed eating dinner on the lanai in the evening overlooking the dock. We made excellent use of the kayaks and canoe, bikes, beach towels, and fishing rods. It was so relaxing to see the Florida wildlife on full display. With a little patience on the dock, not only would we see many sea birds and fish, but also dolphins and manatees would occasionally pass by. The property is close to a Publix grocery store and also the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve, which was gorgeous. We brought ingredients to make homemade Christmas cookies, and not only were there pans, but there were also silicone baking sheets. Any kitchen item you could conceivably need was there. The owners were incredibly courteous, remaining in contact with us during our stay and providing advice regarding local produce. We spent an afternoon picking local citrus fruits at the nearby Dooley Groves orchard. We had a fantastic vacation at this home and would love to come back again someday.

A Beautiful Respite

We were blessed to find this gem of home for easy access to Moffitt Cancer center and an abundance of gorgeous beaches to ride out the cold and snow of the north.The hosts were generous with the use of their beautiful, clean and cozy home. We watched sunrises almost every morning in the quiet of the screened porch and enjoyed tranquil afternoons sitting on the pier waiting for the occasional dolphin or manatee to swim by.We highly recommend this welcoming home by the sea.

Patti and mark are both awesome. They welcomed me and had great communication throughout. Went above and beyond. Great fishing at the house and close by. View is incredible!Great food and good golf within 45 minutes. Quite, and laid back. I loved the backyard! Thank you for sharing your home

Wow! Just Wow!

We LOVED this house and owner! Not only was this place spotless, appeared new, smelled fresh, and fully equipped, but also very easy to get to and gorgeous. There wasn’t anything that wasn’t “just perfect” and the owner even came over while we were gone and took care of a tiny issue. The back porch is truly to die for and we spent most of early mornings out there drinking coffee and watching the dolphins as well as our late evenings. We loved Circles and Apollo Beach Diner where we ate twice at both. Finns and Vineyards were delicious too. This was just the perfect spot for enjoying several spring training baseball games. Thank you so much for offering your house and being such wonderful hosts.

Great Family Vacation!

We all loved this place. Loved sitting out on the dock seeing sunrise and sunset, we saw dolphins and was great to see. Place was very clean with all the essentials needed. My kids and I loved to fish, and we caught at total of 15 fish off the dock. It was in a great location, and Patti responded to us very quickly if we had any questions. Loved bringing our dog and enjoyed it as much as we did! They had coolers, kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs....all the things we needed to enjoy our beach trip. We will definitely stay there again next year! Thank you!

Wonderful vacation home in Apollo Beach

I live in Apollo Beach and rented out this vacation home for family during our yearly family reunion. Beautiful home with a fantastic view. My daughter saw dolphins almost every morning. Will not hesitate to rent this home again.

This property does not disappoint and property owners were great with communication. The screened in patio is SO relaxing!! Key for us with older aged teens/young adults was the toys available such as paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, and fishing equipment. View of the power company is Apollo Beach’s downside but this property has a nice straight of the dock view and is quiet. Expensive for how far the drive is from the beaches (St. Pete/Clearwater/Treasure Island, etc) but the quiet neighborhood, toys, and property overall make up for that. We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and this is the first property we were “forced” to purchase damage insurance. Didn’t love that either but maybe this is a newer trend and happening more and more without a choice (?) Overall, I would recommend this property.

Everything you could want…and more!

While the weather prevented us from using the kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equipment, these extras were what drew us to the house in the first place. If it had been warm, we wouldn’t have been missing a pool because of all the toys available for use. Marc and Patti met us at the house, filled us in on the surroundings and treated us like friends, even giving us two containers of fresh picked organic strawberries which we enjoyed every morning. The house is newly renovated and immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of anything that you would need. Seriously, we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to a small nature preserve. Apollo Beach was a disappointment, being a little further from Tampa than we would have liked and not the prettiest town in Florida to be sure, but you certainly won’t be disappointed in Mark and Patti or their beautiful house.

Amazing place

We really enjoyed our stay. Patti was a great communicator. Answered all questions and was very helpful. The house was adorable and loved being right on the water. Very clean. The only bad thing is my husband now wants a massage chair in our bedroom at home. 😉

Simply Amazing

You are captivated the minute you enter. The host has literally thought of everything that would be needed for stays of any duration. Impeccably furnished and appointed, you are not wanting for anything during your stay. let me repeat, THEY HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING !!! One of the most comfortable and clean rentals we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Not a stay, a destination!

Just book it, you will not be sorry! We will be back! Patti was a kind, responsive host. Everythnig you need is provided. We really didn't need to leave our rental to have fun. Fishing off the dock brought lots of surprises and Apollo beach is about 3 min away. We saw dolphins from the doc, caught dinner and made the best margaritas in the margarita maker. The AC was perfect and I spent a lot of time in the massage chair. We ate dinner while watching the Ocean and used the paddle boards to explore and find crabs. We also caught a blue crab and quite a few stone crab with the crab cage provided. We can't wait to go back and will be taking Patti's advice on staying longer!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We stayed at the house with five adults, two children, and three dogs. We were all very comfortable, and Patti and Mark were awesome hosts. Very responsive to our questions. House was very clean and the view was nice. Would go back. Saw dolphins one day!

Restful beach house

Mark and Patti are wonderful hosts. The property is well-appointed and accepts well-behaved dogs. The screened-in porch is very large and comfortable. The screened porch is easy to work from although wifi is slow and spotty. The yard is fenced in from the street but there is no fence at the seawall. Apollo beach is within walking distance, is dog friendly, and is a great place to watch the sun set. There are plenty of dog parks in the surrounding area. The dock has space for two boats and one of the slips is rented out. There is no notification as to when the boat slip renters show up. We were there for two weeks and we know of four times that the slip renters showed up unannounced. I would expect to go back with our well-behaved dog. Even our chiropractor said that Florida was good for our backs!

Peaceful and beautiful

Just spent a week at Mark and Patti’s place. It is just as pictured but even more inviting, peaceful, and beautiful. I don’t think we did much but relax, read books, and watch the boats go by for the first couple of days. Didn’t see any manatees but did see a few dolphins swim by the dock....amazing! The neighborhood is super quiet. We walked to the small beach near the home every day at sunset...really nice that it’s dog friendly. We met kind and friendly neighbors during the week too. I can’t say enough good things about this home. Patti and Mark were also kind enough to give us a quick but thorough walk thru of the house when we arrived. And provided freshly picked strawberries for us!! I’m so thankful we were fortunate enough to share their home for the week.

Mark and Patti lived in Minnesota their entire lives until they decided to move to Florida in the Fall of 2014 and fully enjoy the Sunshine State. We love this home so much that we have decided to allow others to enjoy it when we are not there.

The moment we walked through the door and saw the spectacular views of the open water, we knew this was the home for us.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This very private home is on open water with beautiful views. We are minutes from the world famous Apollo Beach Manatee Viewing Center. This is a free Eco park where hundreds of manatees gather. Since our home is in view of the center, manatees come into our bay to feed. We also have daily sitings of dolphins at our dock.
The Apollo Beach Park Reserve and beach is just down the road. You can take a short walk, bike ride, or kayak to get there. There is also an abundance of kayak trails through the mangroves that make for a very enjoyable adventure. All less than 5 minutes away! You can't get any closer and you may never want to leave.
