This newly constructed home offers everything you could wish for in a beach rental. The open floor plan, combined with a modern flair, makes this home the perfect choice for your next getaway. The living room seamlessly flows into the grand kitchen, which includes a spacious dining area, ideal for hosting meals with family and friends.
The first floor features an en-suite bedroom with a full bath, providing convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious sun deck that overlooks the pool—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The backyard is your private oasis, complete with a swimming pool, sitting area, and lounge chairs—a great place to take a break from the beach and unwind. This home truly has it all!

The private driveway has off street parking for 2 cars, and the owner provides 2 on-street parking permits for Rehoboth.
This is a non smoking unit and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $301.00.

We had an amazing time with our kids and grandkids! The house was absolutely beautiful and the location was fantastic. The beach, boardwalk and most restaurants were walking distance. The pool in the backyard was great for the kids and we would definitely stay here again.

The best features of the house include a large, well-stocked kitchen and three king-sized bedrooms, perfect for three couples. It was nice to have a pool for the kids to splash in when not at the beach. Beach access was 1 1/4 blocks away.The living room did not have enough seating for a family of 10 people and we had to bring dining chairs to the living room so we could gather together. Fortunately there was ample seating around the dining table so we didn't need to keep moving chairs back and forth. The outdoor shower lacks walls or a curtain. Bring your own soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, etc., as there was no starter pack of these items, which was surprising and necessitated a trip to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. Communication with the rental agency was good.

Beautiful home. Fabulous location! Upon putting the door code in, the security alarm went off and we also saw that the house wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Myles, our helpful and friendly rental agent quickly solve both problems A cleaning team soon arrived and did a great job,especially with 10 of us sitting on the front porch waiting They were even kind enough to help us carry in some of the bags. The kitchen is a huge gourmet space with tons of cabinets, counter tops, island and plenty of utensils. The only thing we could have used more of were larger coffee mugs. And the side counter with beverage cooler was put to good use. The living area could use more seating. There was only a three seat couch and 2 wing chairs. There is plenty of room for a large sectional with some recliners built in. The only TV was in that room, but our whole group didn’t have enough seating to relax and enjoy the big screen. If the occupancy is 12 guests, then there should be that many available seats. There was a wood bench, but that certainly should not be counted as seating for adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were furnished nicely and the mattresses were so comfortable (which is rare for a rental property). We did find it strange that none of the bedrooms had TVs. There was a big beautiful bottom level that was finished but had no furniture. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and found the neighborhood to be safe and so close to all downtown Rehoboth has to offer.

This is one of the nicest rentals in downtown Rehoboth Beach. I know the owner takes extremely great care of this rental and does everything to ensure guests enjoy their stay.
