Guests have easy access to our beautiful white beach, a pool, a private fishing pier, and a boat dock with plenty of available slips. With beach and river access, you'll never run out of activities and fun. Bring your boats, jet skis, fishing poles, and crab traps—our private dock and slips await!
The Space:
The beach, just moments away, invites you to bask in relaxing days by the water, and upon your return, the private washer/dryer stands ready to rid your clothes of sand. The condo boasts central air conditioning for a consistently pleasant indoor environment, and the shared pool entices for a rejuvenating swim on hot days.
The private, furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage while gazing at the river. After a day of water adventures, unwind in the impeccably decorated living room, watch a movie on the Roku TV, and then whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
Note: The Gulf side of Molokai Villas is under construction during the winter of 2025. You must walk across the street for private beach access as parking on that side will not be available. This construction does not affect your side of the complex or the beach area in any way.

* Pets are strictly prohibited at the property.*
* You must be 25 or older to book.*
* Grills are NOT allowed
*Life's A Beach Vacation Rentals provides a starter pack of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies. Once these are used up, guests are responsible for providing their own. We do not offer snacks, coffee, spices, or oils, so please remember to pack these items accordingly.*
Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets as per the HOA regulations.
We kindly request that you be at least 25 years old to book this condo.

You will have access to a highly responsive property manager with 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
