Welcome to your alpine retreat in the heart of the mountains! This bright 3-bedroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just minutes from Northstar Ski Resort. The main living space features an open layout that seamlessly blends the living room and kitchen—ideal for connecting with your group. Relax on the leather couch and chair while warming by the wood-burning fireplace, prepare home-cooked meals in the kitchen, and gather at the 6-person table to enjoy the views through the large patio doors. In the summertime, the upper floor balcony is perfect for al fresco dining with a 4-person outdoor dining table, extending the main living area into the outdoors.



Recharge for another day of fun in one of the cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom, located on the main floor just off the split entryway, serves as a private oasis with high vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, a window seat with serene views, a dedicated workspace, and access to the upper floor bathroom. Head down to the lower level, where 2 additional bedrooms await. The first lower-floor bedroom features a queen bed, a 22” Smart TV, a large closet, and access to the lower-floor balcony, where you can step out to take in the forest views and fresh mountain air. The second bedroom is perfect for sharing, with 2 twin beds and a closet. The home also includes a second full bath with a bathtub/shower combo near the lower floor bedrooms, along with a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house and 2 parking spots in the shared parking lot. They also have access to shared amenities at the Northstar Recreation Center. For a daily fee, guests can enjoy amenities including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center.



The Neighborhood:

Situated just over 2 miles from the popular Northstar Resort, this home offers an unbeatable location! A short drive or shuttle ride takes you to Northstar Resort, where you can enjoy year-round entertainment in the nearby Northstar Village. In the winter, hit the slopes at Northstar Resort, which offers great ski terrain for all ability levels. Northstar is also a fantastic family-friendly option, with an ice skating rink, movie theater, shopping, dining, and more to keep everyone in your group entertained.



In the summer, Northstar transforms into a hiker's paradise, featuring trails for all levels and a world-class mountain biking facility. Or, make the 6-minute drive to the Northstar Golf Course for a day of golfing. A 14-minute drive will take you to the town of Kings Beach, where you can enjoy the white sand beaches of Lake Tahoe, as well as a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. A 14-minute drive in the other direction brings you to the historic town of Truckee, where you’ll find river rafting, bike paths, boutique shopping, and a vibrant nightlife scene.



Getting Around:

The home is located just 2 miles from Northstar Ski Resort and is on a FREE shuttle line! Guests can download the Northstar app for easy access to the free dial-a-ride shuttle. There are also daily routes to and from Kings Beach and Truckee with TART (Tahoe Area Rapid Transportation). The closest bus stop, just over a mile from the condo at Northstar Village Gate #8, provides routes south to Kings Beach and north to Truckee. Several cab companies, as well as Uber and Lyft, operate in the area, though Uber and Lyft can be seasonal and scarce at times.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.
