This retro 2BD/2BR 1000 sq ft brick cottage is compact yet has all the essentials: full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area. plus a few sweet extras to make your stay unique- covered parking, fully fenced back yard/patio, workspace, 2 ensuite baths, and very peaceful/quiet surroundings. Includes access to rear cottage only.

We love our dogs and want to allow yours to travel with you too :) You'll love that the side and back patio area is fully fenced!

Up to 2 dogs will be considered upon request. Please provide details prior to booking. We do not allow cats. Pets are only authorized when approved in writing by the owner. A non-refundable fee will be charged per pet. Any damages/extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to guests.

Please note: The front house on this property is also a short-term rental and is unavailable to guests booking this listing. Parking is limited to one car under the carport. Other vehicles may be parked in the street. Driveway is shared with the front house. We live nearby and may stop by the yard occasionally to care for the plants :)
