The cozy living area is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, with reclinable furnishings ideal for movie nights and a family room complete with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and a small desk for those who need to catch up on work.

Dine in style with two dining tables—perfect for both casual breakfasts and elegant dinners. The main level also features a spacious primary bedroom with an ensuite bath. For your added convenience, an additional half-bath for guests is also available on this level. Outside, enjoy your own private fenced-in yard, ideal for barbecues with a charcoal grill, and ample parking for up to three vehicles.
