In the kitchen, you will find it stocked with everything you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a five course meal.
Open the sliders to outback and put the shrimp on the barbie, where you can relax and lounge around the spacious lanai or take a dip in the heated swimming pool. Situated in the heart of Tarpon Bay, you will be captivated by beautiful, wide water views, where you will see dolphins, manatees & other wildlife playing in your backyard on a daily basis & excellent fishing right off the dock. The Eastern exposure allows you to enjoy breath taking sunrises all year long while providing a shady retreat in the hot afternoons.
Right up the street you will find a new playground, bocce court, four wonderful restaurants and bars along with boat/ kayak rentals, fishing charters and other water excursions.
If power boating is more your speed, there are plenty of private islands, waterfront restaurants and fishing holes you can explore, just a short ride away. You can even go grocery shopping by boat as Winn dixie on Marco Island is located on the water and has boat docks for you to use. After you get back from your adventure you can take a splash in the pool while you grill up the day’s catch.
If you prefer golf over the Gulf, you’re in luck. We have several public courses that you can play, within a 15 minute drive. No matter what your passion is, your trip to Isles of Capri will leave you wanting more and planning your trip to come back right away.

Maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people, including children. If you arrive with more than 8 guests, you will not be permitted into the property and no refund will be issued. Please plan accordingly.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
The person making the reservation is responsible for payment, deposits, any property damage and all responsibilities spelled out herein and in the rental contract.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not park in grass because the drain field and septic tank is located in the front yard.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more than one dog, please contact us. The pet fee is $50 per dog, per day and if you are renting for an extended period of time, we will give you a discount. Do not bring your dog without written permission from the Owner or property manager. We will need to know the age and breed of the dog to make sure it is acceptable under the owners insurance policy. We will also need you to confirm that the dog is up to date on all its shots and vaccines and that it is also house-broken. Collier county has a Leash Law, so your pet must be kept own a leash at all times when it is outside of the house. You must also pick up and dispose of any and all dog poop when you walk them.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 up to vehicles, garage is available for parking inside.

This rental has no elevator, lower level has great room, Kicthen and En-suite, pool area and enclosure screen cage, Upper level has small living area with and sleeper sofa, en-suite with full bathroom and guest bedroom with two XL twin bed and walking closet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes $119 damage fee. The Security Damage deposit covers you for up to $5,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. If damages are more then 5K, we will hold guest responsible for extra costs, done by the guest or

Guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of the age of 30 for the duration of the reservation.
If you are booking this property for a long term, we will request a cleaning every 14 days, we will help you to book the cleaners.
Boat and boat lift is not included on this rental. You are welcome to bring your boat or rent one from one of the many boat rentals in town and tie up by our dock.
