Our fully equipped 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is perfect for your Pompano Beach getaway! An ideal place for travelers, friends, families, and even working professionals!

Hang out with your friends and family in the open-concept living area and indulge in your favorite sports game on our 50" Smart TV. It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

For those nights you want to stay and cook, we have a fully equipped kitchen that is an ideal spot to cook a full-course meal for the entire gathering. The dining area has a family table is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal together.

After an exciting day of sightseeing, please make your way to our comfortable bed. All bedrooms are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the necessary relaxation. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a two twin-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom.

After a day out and about, step outside and dip in the non-heated pool or gather around in the large backyard with multiple lounge chairs, and an outdoor daybed. You can also relax and have a quick dip in the hot tub.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 500 Mbps, and 3 driveway spaces in front of the house are all provided during your stay!

The villa is very well located only 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and bar. Pompano Beach is only a 20 minute walk over the bridge.The accommodation is basic, however it has the required facilities to ensure you have a good holiday. However, it could do with additional plates etc.The master bedroom has no view to the water and unfortunately has the air conditioning unit next to it!The other double bedroom with ensuite, has a lovely view towards the pool and water.The 3rd bedroom (twin) is next to the bathroom and was comfortable. All bedrooms had very good storage facilities.I would use the property again, however we would be mindful of the air con unit.It was a lovely holiday making lasting memories.

we stayed 2/7-2/14/25 and had a nice time at this property. we then booked again 2/22-2/27/25, and it was just as nice. clean home, nice location, close to everything.

Honest Review – Beautiful, but Disappointing.While the property has great potential, I wanted to share about our stay. The home was mostly as described, but several issues affected our overall experience and didn’t align with the photos or expectations. The backyard—one of the main reasons we booked—was particularly disappointing. Several chairs and tables were missing, no umbrellas or outdoor rug, and most concerning, the seat cushions were ripped and moldy to the point you couldn't even flip them. Though pool towels were shown, none were provided.We were prepared for somewhat limited interior amenities based on earlier reviews, but the lack of upkeep and cleanliness was more noticeable than expected—especially considering the price point. The interior is sparsely furnished, with a few broken pieces. Little to no décor gives the home a bare & echoey feel. Cleanliness was a concern: we found stains on sheets, a moldy shower curtain, hair & dust in drawers, dirty baseboards & doors, and loose toilet seats. I ended up purchasing Clorox wipes to clean inside the refrigerator due to odor. There were several unfinished wall patches throughout the home, giving it a neglected appearance.Future renters may want to know that the bathroom with a tub is the en suite to the queen bedroom, while the room with twin beds shares the house bathroom.While we appreciated the host’s communication and loved the location, maintenance & improved cleanliness is needed to match listing & price

An Interesting Experience

Three of us stayed for about 10 days in late January. Although we are Brits we have lived and rented many places in the US.The house itself is in a great location and position.It looks lke the property has been refurbished recently with quality kitchen,bathrooms,closets etc.So far, so good.....But,the house is equipped with very basic and limited furniture, kitchen,dining utensils and linens.We had to buy light bulbs, coat hangers,cutlery and bowls to equip us for the first few days.The host (Michael) did respond by providing a range of basic additions (at our request) to make the stay more acceptable - but even so the accomodation needs more investment to make it comfortable/enjoyable for a relaxing stay. Six people could not stay in the house comforatbly. New sofas only seat four or five people in total ( in some discomfort after a few minutes sitting).The dining table is a small plastic thing with four plastic chairs. There is a 29 table top grill outside. So if you want to cook outside - you are pretty limited. Random photocopied A4 pictures in cheap frames in a few rooms.Its a real pity because with a little more investment (about 10k) this could be a really great place to stay.Our interaction with the host was somewhat surreal - it seems like all he wanted was us to extend our stay so he could charge us more.This is intended to be a fair and constructive commentary - a little investment and a bit more customer focus would make this place great.
