By the sea

We had a great stay! The house is plenty big and great for large families! We had some issues with beach chairs and they were replaced quickly! The rental company is quick to respond and very helpful! Would rent again!

Great Beach House

This home had the perfect layout for our combined families to enjoy vacation together but also have a sense of privacy. All king beds in the 3 adult bedrooms was a big plus. Everything needed to enjoy the week was provided. Everyone loved the pool and pool area, BBQ, and outdoor table. We hope to be back next year!

Nice for multiple families

The house was wonderful, clean, and in great location. Lots of parking and privacy. I'd say the walk to beach was closer to 10 minutes (vs 4 min listed). Staff responded right away to fix pool and take off training wheels on bikes, which was very much appreciated.

Nice place. Clean, modern, and full of amenities. The kids loved the pool. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Not much else within walking distance. The property manager is very helpful and responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Recommend.

Comfortable house with pool and beach access

Updated, clean house. Very accommodating for group of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids under 10). Management company is very responsive to any requests. Nice neighborhood. About 10 min walk to beach. Only thing to note is that the 4th bedroom with bunk bed is small and was likely the renovated master closet. Room is fine for kids. Overall awesome place and great stay.

Vacation

15-20 min walk to the beach. No commodities accessible near the beach entrances. House very clean and very well equipped. We had noisy neighbors (an other rental from the same company) and have received good support from the renter to address the issue. Good communication.

We spent a wonderful time in Casa Almare. That was not the first time we rented a house house with By The Sea Vacation Villas and never had any issues. The house was clean, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The managing company representatives were quick in responding to any questions even after working hours. Great Family Trip

We visited for spring break with our 3 small children. The house was comfortable / well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked. All condiments/spices etc are completely cleaned out between each stay. The pool was perfect for small children. Beach is about a 10 minute walk, however restaurants etc require a car. There are a few beach toys, 4 beach chairs (pretty old and rusted) and plenty of beach towels. The grill and outdoors seating is great. Overall a very nice property with plenty of room. Perfect for families or a group of friends!

We apologize for this experience. We take this very serious as we take video and photos of all cleanings and a manager inspects after the housekeepers. We even conduct a paper towel test on the floor. If we missed a small area, I wish we would have been given the opportunity to inspect and correct. In the future let us know asap so we can provide service. We have staff working 7 days a week.

Wonderful Family Spring Vacation

Our family enjoyed a weeklong stay at Casa Almare mid-March 2025. We have 3 kids (ages 7, 7, and 3) and my parents joined as well. The house was spacious, clean, and welcoming. My husband and kids were especially excited about the fancy smart toilets! I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances. There was also plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable and we all commented that the pillows were hotel-worthy. The property managers checked in each day to make sure we were enjoying our stay and ask if we needed anything. We paid the additional fee for the heated pool - a must as our kids spent hours enjoying the warm water (possibly they liked this even more than the beach!) It was a short drive to the beach by the Pompano Fishing Pier and we also used the free golf cart services to make trips to nearby restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet, we enjoyed many walks and encountered plenty of friendly neighbors walking dogs and enjoying the weather. You could also walk to the canal at the end of the street to fish. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing place to call home for a week in Lauderdale by the Sea!
