This stylish place is perfect for your next beach getaway! Unit 2 can accommodate a family of four or two couples. Maximum occupancy of 4 .
Min booking age 25 yrs or older. Booking guest must be a guest staying throughout the length of the say. Min $500 security (refundable) deposit required with each reservation. Deposit is refundable subject to no loss or damages, no later than 7 days after check-out. Booking guest must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a legal picture ID. The Lease will be emailed to Booking Guest via the property`s business email. Property must receive the Rental Agreement and ID min 7 days prior to arrival or earlier depending on the date of arrival. Key access code will be texted only to the Lessee no earlier than half hour before arrival time, subject to Lease Agreement & ID having been received.

Enjoyed our stay

Property was very clean. Short walk to the beach, coffee, dinner. Our only issue was that we could not get the major tv stations (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX NEWS). And one of the bedroom tvs you could not get past the Roku Home Screen.

We loved it!

This was a great property. Very well maintained, clean and very functional. My husband and I stayed here with our dog and had a wonderful time. So many spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The upper deck off the unit was a nice screenroom-perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. Downstairs at ground level there were two hammocks and lots of places to seat people and also a nice gas grill. The outdoor propane firepit was really nice, too. Mia provided two wonder wheelies for the beach, plus umbrellas and chairs. We threw all our stuff in and wheeled it right to the beach, which was a very short walk. You do have to cross a two lane street, but as soon as you press the button on the pole, the flashers go in and the cars stop for you. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and a dog park as well. This one’s a winner. We’ll be back!

Great place; great location!

My husband and I have been staying in Florida as snowbirds for a few years now. This is by far the best place we’ve rented! The host is very responsive and super friendly and helpful! The place was roomy, comfortable, clean, well stocked and updated! In unit washer/dryer was a game-changing feature. All new appliances. Dog friendly. A block from the beach. It was absolute perfection! This host thought of everything! We will definitely be returning.

The place is immaculate, the host is friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Wonderful vacation at tropical paradise!

The property was even better in person than the pictures showed. Mia thought of everything so if you do not want to go out to eat, you can just go to the store and buy food and come back and cookout and all the utensils and plates were available. The beds were extremely comfortable and the couch is absolutely amazing! At night we Stayed at the property and cooked out and enjoyed the fire pit. during the day we just crossed the street to the beautiful beach. Will definitely be visiting Mia's place in the future!

Great Clearwater area beach property

Property summary It’s modestly sized and comfortable, so a great choice for a couple and workable for a group of three to four. The neighborhood is a typical upscale Florida beach community. We stayed for ten days in late January/ early February 2023. Communications/ coordination We had good communications with owner Mia before, during and after our stay. Mia was responsive when contacted by text or phone. We had several minor questions requiring communication, and Mia was quick to address these. She was friendly and engaging. We also were introduced to a long term resident next door who was very friendly. Property details As noted, the property is one unit of a duplex. It’s all been updated in the recent past, so all furnishing, appliances etc. are fresh and up to date. All the amenities were as described. Property limitations If mobility challenged, note that the property is on the second floor and accessible only by stairs. This was mentioned in the description but we missed it. Fortunately for us this wasn’t a deal killer. Area comments Many nice casual restaurants in the neighborhood. A quick drive to the mainland gives access to a wide variety of retail stores and more restaurants. We were told that at times the traffic can be heavy but we didn’t experience this (January is perhaps a bit early!)

Fantastic location and experience

The location is the best! Right across the street from the beach, a block from a beautiful nature preserve, and in the heart of IRB restaurants and culture. The owner is amazing and makes sure you have everything you could possibly need or want!

Great Host!

Mia was very helpful. This was a last min get away for us. We also had our fur baby. Lots of great places to walk your dog. Mia really made us feel welcomed. Everything you need is there. Location is awesome. Close to shops and lots of local spots you can walk to. Couldnt have asked for a better vacation spot and a great host.

Perfect Spot!

Mia was a wonderful host! The apartment was neat and clean and well appointed. It was awesome to have that huge, beautiful beach just steps away. Great little restaurants in both directions within walking distance. Everything you could ask for in a beach vacation. We had a super time! Would stay here again without question.

Just what what the Dr ordered

A wonderful long weekend away in a covid safe environment. Brought our two surly teenagers for a quick get away before the start of the school year. needed a covid safe environment and felt completely safe in our surroundings. House was in impeccable condition and had everything we could have wanted. Take out at a taco joint in walking distance. Publix 10 minutes away. Dog park also short walk a way for our pup to street her legs. Beach was awesome. Crowds are lighter here on the beach so we could have a little space on the sand and water. Kooky Coconuts was a must each night for a sweet treat while watching sunsets. Mia was so nice and accommodating. Will surely try to come again and highly reccomennsd!

Much needed getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short vacation to unwind and celebrate my college graduation. The check in process was smooth. Mia made everything super easy for us. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the sitting area outside the door with it being screened in. If we weren’t on the beach that’s where we were. We had such a great time!

Rest and relax to perfection!

We so enjoyed out stay - the location is super convenient to the beach and Eating - all very walkable. The property is in excellent shape - Mia is a great host and clearly takes pride in providing a wonderful experience. Highly recommend - pictures don’t do the space justice!

Delightful duplex, right across from beach

This property was very clean and well decorated. The furniture was nice and the beach toys provided were plentiful. We enjoyed the screened in porch upstairs and the firepit area downstairs. It is an ideal property for a larger group that would rent both units. The owner is very responsive and conveys a real desire for you to have everything needed to enjoy your stay.

Love the decor!

We had a great time staying at Jared’s home. We had room to spread out as well as space to cook & dine together. It’s adorably decorated. We enjoyed a run through the neighborhood and good food was not too far away. Great communication with Jared. Recommend!

Fantastic property

We spent 10 days in Indian Rocks Beach and loved every minute of it. The property was so nice that we ended up canceling some of our plans to do overnight outings to other places because we were so happy where we were. Mia (the property manager) was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We are hoping to come back next year!!!

Nice pet-friendly unit in Indian Rocks Beach

Well-equiped, well-decorated unit conveniently located in Indian Rocks Beach. Clean with nice shared outdoor area. Unit 2 is further from a somewhat busy street. Easy beach access. Owner easy to work with. We hope to be back!
