This so-cute beach cottage is only 55 steps to the beach with View of Gulf from living room! This cottage, among the many made famous by the “Plein Aire Cottage Artists,” is completely remodeled. This 1 Q bed/1 bath/1 Q sleeper unit has everything you’ll need to enjoy your optimum stay: 2 smart TVs, cent. HVAC, completely stocked kitchen, including a great blender, charcoal grill, and more (no dishwasher). Come frolic with the dolphins and watch the turtles hatch. This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. One (1) small dog under 20lbs allowed with non-refundable pet fee. This property does not have a washer/dryer, but there is a very nearby laundromat if you need.
There is one assigned parking spot. Ask rental manager about FREE weekday free bikes.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
