This stunning 3-bedroom house in Capistrano Beach is a surfing paradise. The waves are just a few steps outside your family room door and you can watch the kids play in the ocean from the kitchen . Large family room and adjoining dining room is perfect for entertaining with plenty of space to relax. Three bedroom suites with tv’s and private bathrooms are all equipped with showers and heated towel bars- and the kids bedroom sleeps 8 comfortably with large open bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub . Air conditioning and heating, Gas fireplace, WiFi, and a washer and dryer inside are also available for your convenience. Enjoy all that Dana Point Harbor and San Clemente have to offer when you stay-whale watching, sport fishing, restaurants at the pier or harbor-all within a 10 minute bike ride-or hop on the trolly. Fully stocked kitchen, Large outdoor barbecue, solo fire pit, Beach chairs, Boogie boards / surfboard and beach towels all available at the house . This home is a completely independent unit, but attached. The secondary unit is over the garage and unit A each has a separate entrance . To maintain privacy, guests in the secondary unit do not have access to the beachfront unit . they also are not allowed to access the side of the house that leads to the sand and beach. This gated community is quiet and private and we expect our guests to adhere to house rules and community noise violations/rules. No smoking or vaping inside the house . One of the master suites has a king size bed with work area station and its own bathroom with a bidet and heated towel bars. The second main bedroom has a queen size bed with a work area station, private bath with bidet and heated towel bar . The kids bedroom sleeps 82 full-size bunkbeds and four single two trundles the large, beautiful walk-in shower with a bathtub your own private toilet with heated towel bars . All bedrooms have TVs . A Magical place to make memories with your family and friends . Come enjoy watching the Dolphins and the sailboats 😊🌊🏄🏝️

Perfect luxury beach house

Right on the sand, this is a recently renovated house with high end fixtures and furnishings, ready to meet every need. We were there for Thanksgiving and we especially enjoyed the fully outfitted kitchen, warm fireplace, and radiant heating on the patio. We would happily go again.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! I’ve never seen such love put into a beach rental. Every detail of the house was so well thought out.We came to this area for a wedding and got to enjoy the house on Thursday, Friday and a little bit of Sunday, but would love to come back and spend time just at the house and enjoying everything nearby.Once you step out into the backyard, which is basically the beach and ocean you will never want to leave! There’s a lovely couch and dining table on the deck with an umbrella, as well as lounge, chairs, and beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach as well as a fire pit! So relaxing!Three lovely bedrooms and bathrooms in each room! The back room has bunkbeds and probably the most amazing bathroom with a shower, a tub and two sinks… We will definitely be back!

I’m not a long review writer. I would instead refer you to the excellent description of the home as written by the owner on the site, and tell you it is all that and more. We’re already discussing coming back over the summer and spring break 2027. It’s just a perfect property. Rita was a true dream to deal with, and we also had the pleasure to meet her while we were there, which was cool. Our expectations of everything were wildly exceeded. This property is beautiful! The pictures don’t even do it justice! We had such a great time and truly enjoyed everything about the property - from the breathtaking views from the very private beachfront, to the comfortable furniture inside and out, and the extra luxurious touches and upscale decor - it could not have been a more wonderful trip! In addition, the host, Rita, was very kind and responsive! We were so blessed to have stayed here for such a memorable, special trip with our family!
