Exuma Sea La Vie (Cottage 29): Beachfront / Oceanfront villa with beautiful views of the ocean, beach and sunrise that are just steps from the front door. The beach in front of the villa is white and sandy overlooking Elizabeth Harbour, with relatively calm waters protected by picturesque Stocking Island where stunning views are a given and goosebumps are guaranteed.

Located within the Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club, Great Exuma Bahamas. Guests enjoy complete access to the resort amenities including a swimming pool with a view, small gym, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boats, game room and recreation center, free parking across the street, concierge services of the front desk and complimentary shuttle to/from Georgetown. Getting Here: Great Exuma International Airport (GGT) is just a 40-minute flight from Miami, and you can sink your toes into deserted, serene, white sand beaches. GGT is easily accessible on direct flights from Nassau, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, and Toronto, Canada. Customs are a breeze, and Exuma Sea La Vie is about a ten-minute drive away (7 miles).

Sea La Vie is awesome. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. The hosts kept in contact with me making sure everything was going well and even found us accommodations after a flight cancellation. Waking up to the ocean outside your front door is spectacular. The property has all the amenities you would need and then some. I highly recommend staying here.

Exuma Sea La Vie was absolutely perfect for our 7-day stay in Exuma. We loved starting our mornings with peaceful walks on Jolly Hall Beach and exploring beautiful spots like Coco Plum Beach at low tide. A boat day around Stocking Island with stops at Coconut Club and Chat ’N’ Chill was a highlight, and coming back to such a comfortable, relaxing home made it even better.The house was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Kim and Jim were exceptional hosts, and their attention to detail made our stay effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Exuma Sea La Vie to anyone visiting Exuma.

We were to arrive during the Melissa hurricane . Host was great responding and keeping us updated. Once we finally arrived it was perfect. View was awesome, people were friendly everywhere. Our unit was absolutely as described. It was clean, stocked with essentials and beyond, the view was stunning and Kim answered all my questions and concerns within minutes. It was relaxing to watch the sun rise in the mornings. There was coffee pods in the fridge and spices in the cabinet. There was bottles of insect repellent in a basket that we were very thankful for.

Fantastic location and view!

We couldn’t be happier with Exuma Sea La Vie for our family of 4! The location at the Hideaways property was absolutely fantastic with an amazing view and direct access to the beach as well as the overall location of Hideaways in Exuma - close to restaurants, frequent shuttle service to Georgetown and awesome amenities. The inside was equipped with everything you needed as well as some extra things like beach towels, inflatables and some extra sunscreen / bug spray just in case you run out! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Sea La Vie was the perfect home base on Exuma! My family (4) stayed there for a little over a week and would absolutely want to come back! The location is fantastic- you are literally 3 steps from your front door to a private patio on the beach. So peaceful for a cup of coffee, and the kids loved being able to run and play there. You can easily walk to Jolly Hall next door. The resort shares ameninites- we used the paddle boards and kayaks and saw turtles, stingrays, and starfish right in the beach cove. The restaurant there is easy and fun- food was good! Pool is clean and easy to use, with lots of shaded lounge chairs. The house itself is very clean, bright, and inviting! The kitchen area is so thoughtfully stocked- really anything you can think of that you may need, they have for you! The master bed was memory foam and very comfortable, and showers have great water pressure. Really can beat waking up and literally stepping onto your porch to the beach. Location is great - like a 2 minute drive to downtown Georgetown (Sandpiper Cafe is delicious, the main Exuma market for groceries, and Minns water spots to rent boats). Kim and Jim are incredibly thoughtful hosts- very communicative and responsive before, during, and after the trip. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. It’s a gem!

Amazing

We loved our stay in this Villa. Jim and Kim were absolutely amazing and so very helpful planning our first family vacation to Exuma. Their place is stunning, and the view is incredible. Everything you need or want they have. Location is perfect. My boys enjoyed snorkeling and saw stingrays, starfish, sea turtle and a shark. I would highly recommend! Not to mention our flight was cancelled and we were able to extend our stay. 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfectly stocked!

We have stayed in this villa in the past when owned by someone else. The new owners have done amazing upgrades! The villa is well stocked, even thinking of things like an inflator for the included pool rafts. Didnt even have to take beach towels! Owners were easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. We love the location and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay

Phenomenal property Sea La Vie

Perfect size, beautiful view, can walk to Jolly Hall beach if it’s too windy to sit out on deck. Jim and Kim are perfect hosts. They go above and beyond to accommodate every need. Great communication. Comfortable well appointed Villa. Very friendly staff. We could not have been happier. Can’t wait to come back.

Stunning

We loved our stay here and we would highly recommend it. Being beach front was amazing and being able to walk to a variety of restaurants was very convenient. The cabin has been freshly updated with a new bed and a nice tv. Our adult son comfortably slept on the pullout bed in the living room and having 2 bathrooms was perfect. People at the resort are very friendly and we had a lot of fun.

Great Villa on the beach!

We had the best time at this property! The location was spectacular. Not just on the beach but a great location on the island. The owners were extremely helpful and stayed in communication with us! We will definitely be back!

Far Exceeded our Expectations!!

Simply put, our best vacation ever! It started with amazing accommodations and wonderful hosts, who proactively provided us with everything we could possibly need to travel to this amazing country for the very first time. An exquisitely clean, well equipped and perfectly situated bungalow on a breath taking beach. For a family of four or less , look no further than Sea La Vie. You will NOT be disappointed! About Us: We have traveled many places in the Bahamas and the Caribbean over the last 22 years. With out question Great Exuma is home to the most beautiful crystal-clear blue-green water we have ever seen. Water so clear it'll ruin you for anywhere else. The first time we visited was in December of 2019 we immediately fell in love with the island and the people that live there, so much so that we visited three more times before purchasing our own little piece of paradise in September 2024. Our experience each time has been truly amazing and we are spoiled by the serene beauty of Exuma!
