Our family friendly 2BR/2BA villa is located just 3 miles from the airport and 3 miles to Georgetown’s shopping and restaurants! Across from the Hideaways Resort—just a quick 4 minute walk to the beach & Elizabeth Harbour.
Our villa offers over 1200 square feet of living space, a washer/dryer, A/C units in each room, fully equipped kitchen and a bright island style vibe. Enjoy our large porch with bulb lighting, dining area + Adirondack chairs . We have a private parking spot too!
THE SPACE:
Please note we are not part of The Hideaways Resort and do not have access to the amenities they offer.
The rental of our unit does not include the amenities like their shuttle, pool, gym and beach equipment.
There is shared access and our guests use their walkways to access the beach. Beaches in the Bahamas are public, so you can enjoy them all without restrictions!
We have found that we don’t miss having those amenities!
Our unit provides beach chairs, an umbrella and some ocean floats!
There are two larger bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with private ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a king sized bed that can be converted to two single beds.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have the full unit minus an owners closet in the hallway and a cabinet in the kitchen.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Please remember that Exuma is a remote island. We do our best to upkeep our unit and keep everything fresh/new!
There can be power outages from time to time but it always comes back on. We have a small power bank for you to use, should you need it!
The grocery stores aren't always 100% stocked with every item since everything comes in by boat. If there are any items you can't live without, we suggest bringing them!
Just adopt the calm and go-with-the-flow attitude that Exuma is loved for! The gorgeous beaches and stunning ocean will make up for any minor headaches you encounter. (:
