Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside was well kept with a beautiful view. Only downfall would be the spiders.. massive amount of spiders on the deck to the point we couldn’t sit outside
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 27 de ago de 2026
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the well kept interior and beautiful view. We’re sorry the spiders on the deck affected your ability to enjoy the outdoor space. Being located directly on Lake Erie, spiders can unfortunately be especially active around waterfront properties at certain times of the year. We regularly treat and clean the outdoor areas, but they can return quickly due to the lakefront environment. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable!

Wonderful girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. We loved and utilized the patio over looking the lake. This was our first time staying at this location. On prior trips we’ve stayed closer to downtown for the walkability, but we enjoyed this location so much more since it was quiet. The taxi service was an easy and affordable way to go downtown and not worry about parking. Highly recommend! We will be going back next summer!
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 5 de ago de 2026
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the clean, spacious condo, beautiful lakefront patio, and peaceful location. It's great to hear the taxi service made getting downtown easy while allowing you to enjoy a quieter stay. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are excited to welcome you back next summer!

PIB Family Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third time rental. Disappointed in the condition of the condo: horrible stain on bedroom rug outside bathroom door (didn't look clean), Leaky toilet in bathroom, no sink drainer/plug in kitchen. Bird's nest on patio- couldn't use due to bird droppings. On site manager (?) helped resolve-but could have been handled before guest arrival. Unit really needs refurbishing.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 27 de ago de 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and especially for choosing to stay with us for a third time. We’re sorry this visit did not live up to the experiences you’ve had with us in the past. We appreciate you bringing the carpet stain, leaking toilet, missing kitchen sink drain, and patio condition to our attention. We agree that these are items that should have been identified and addressed prior to your arrival. We’re glad our on-site manager was able to assist with some of the concerns during your stay, but we understand that you should not have had to deal with them in the first place. We also appreciate your comments regarding the overall condition of the unit and will be sharing them with the property owner as we discuss future updates and improvements. Thank you again for being a returning guest and for providing honest feedback. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide you with the experience you’ve come to expect from us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 days with Kids and Grandkids. Service was amazing. Golf carts amazing. Splendid view of the lake. Well supplied kitchen. Sweeper, broom and bucket but no mop to clean the floor? Floors were just general dirty. Socks were black soon after we unloaded and took our shoes off. Air fryer not working. [Did not try till our last morning but reported it.] Pool was fabulous. Would we come back again most likely. For the price, walls and baseboards nicked up Closet door in one bedroom off the track. Just needs a bit of TLC

Fantastic Experience

This stay was great. Everything in the unit was excellent. We didn’t stay in the unit for a a lot of time, but not having any concerns with the condo, while having a blast at Put-In-Bay, it was a great time. Also, the screen on the wall when we walk in is a great addition and I wish more Vrbos had it.
