The Best Stay

Stayed with a few other friends, the property was perfect--clean, state of the art, and the space throughout was incredible. We enjoyed a meal at the table on the roof and the view and location were perfect for our stay. Can't echo the 5 stars enough, communication and responsiveness were also great. Would stay again if in the area.

Great stay for hosting events with a variety of groups

This place is stunning and the views on the open roof are amazing. Just had issues with AC cooling down the house and ice/water filter not working. Great up and coming neighborhood...highly recommend.

Guy’s Weekend

Stayed at this beautiful amazing house, walking distance to everything downtown. Five adults had plenty of room in this modern perfect home. The property manager was super helpful with every aspect, and checking into the house was a breeze. Highly recommend, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely thinning about coming back next year !

Visiting Raleigh for a Wedding

The house was perfect for our family as we were in town for our son’s wedding. Very clean! It was nice having linens, toilet paper, and shower soaps provided. That was certainly a bonus amenity! It would be nice to have an ottoman in the living area while watching TV.

Short Vacation in Raleigh

I brought my family to Raleigh for our children’s spring break (ages 10, 2, 4 months). The house was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The rooftop grill and dining area was a hit, with wonderful views of downtown. We initially selected this house because of the EV charging capability in the garage. Unfortunately, the plug is a NEMA 14-30 outlet. Like most other EV brands, our Rivian uses a NEMA 14-50 plug. If you have an EV, make sure you have a 14-30 to 14-50 adapter. Not a showstopper, as there are many public chargers nearby. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit. If you have little ones, I recommend bringing a baby gate if you can (there’s lots of stairs).

Our Perfect Yearly Conference House!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this house was going to be nothing short of spectacular and perfect for our work trip. Myself and 2 co-workers were in Raleigh for a conference so we needed to find a home that would be appropriate and comfortable for 2 women and a male. The home is spacious and each bedroom has it's own bath which allowed us to spread out and relax in our own private spaces. The rooftop was the perfect place to start our day with a nice cup of coffee and end our day with a cheers. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Another highlight of this property is it's convenient location to downtown, yet still offering a serene and safe environment. We enjoyed being able to walk to and from the conference center, local restaurants and coffee/breakfast spots. Overall, our stay exceeded all of our expectations. It was the perfect house for a professional trip that ended up feeling like vacation and we can’t wait to return for the same annual conference next year! P.S. I may return for a little family get away before next year ;)

The property was as advertised. The amenities and location were great. The property was very clean. We never received check in and check out instructions and had to contact VRBO for assist. Once inside, the property met our overall expectation. We would definitely recommended the property and look forwsto a return visit.
