Walk through the front door of this beautifully remodeled home and look right through the living room at the Sea of Cortez. The living room opens up to the wrap around furnished patio that has a little lawn area between the patio and the white sand beach of Costa Azul. This patio will become your favorite place to start the day with a cup of coffee, a few sun salutations and a view of the surf activity at Zippers. And this incredible stretch of beach is perfect for your morning walk, afternoon lounge session or sunset happy hour. The kitchen also has sweeping beach and ocean views and is fully stocked and ready for you. The living room will be a place to enjoy the views, AC, and a smart tv with DISH Network where you can sign on to your Netflix account.

Venture onto the well-manicured Mykonos resort property where you will find 2 ocean view pools, 2 hotubs, plenty of lounges and an outdoor community grill available for grilling. Also available for your use at Mykonos is a fitness center with cardio equipment and weights as well as a tennis/pickleball court.

And of course, all of this is situated within the laid-back and vibrant San Jose del Cabo community – Cabo San Lucas’ more refined & mature sister. Everything from golf to boating to shopping and world-class dining is ready for the taking. A short car or cab-ride will take you to the town center, best enjoyed on foot. The town is proud of its historic district, an area of back streets devoted to the bustling Art Walk event that takes place seasonally, November – June, on Thursday nights, with wine tastings, artists in attendance and gallery openings.
