We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo is cozy, welcoming, and perfectly situated. The oceanfront view is truly amazing—it felt as though the water came right up to the lanai. Since we visited during whale season, we were treated to whales breaching and blowing every morning during breakfast. Seeing the green sea turtles swim by and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets were daily highlights.The owner was incredibly thoughtful, providing plenty of extras like beach chairs, snorkel gear, and towels. Inside, the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, from toiletries and paper products to coffee starters and kitchen essentials like Saran wrap. The full kitchen was great, with ample utensils and cookware. We also loved the 'borrowing library' of books!The community vibe is lovely; the other residents were very kind and even hosted a potluck for guests on Tuesday evenings. The management company was also very responsive to maintenance needs. With a quiet location and ample free parking, this was the perfect home base. We can't wait to come back!

Nice quiet location. We watched whales, turtles and beautiful sunsets from the lanai every day. The chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach were really nice to have available. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had a great trip. Overall the place did the job for us. Beautiful view and nice property. Good location a short walk or drive away from anything needed. I’d stay here again. Good cross breeze in the bedroom which is important wifi no a/c in the unit.

Perfect beach front condo

I saw turtles swimming right in front of our balcony and the view was great. Wave is normally too strong for small children but within few minutes there are many spots to snorkel. I never was able to log onto the app they instructed me to log on and also my parking permit never arrived but I did not get parking ticket. Also I do believe iron mesh door needs to be replaced. It locks but unlocking is difficult. It gives nice breathe if I keep Door open and iron door shut. Also refrigerator is loud so I think it needs to be replaced. If it starts leaking, it’s a bad news. Other than that, loved the sofa bed I slept in sometimes watching stars and ocean. Thank you for good price as well.

Incredible view in a great location!

Absolutely stunning oceanfront view from the lanai, tons of sea turtles grazing on the sea wall (put the aquarium to shame), it had everything we needed. This was our first trip to Maui with a toddler, and we ended up spending a lot more time at the condo than on previous trips. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated the view and amenities (we were pleasantly surprised to find smart TVs, seasonings, rice cooker etc.), especially traveling with a little one. We enjoyed most of our meals (take out or grilled/ made at the condo) from the lanai. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were all in mostly great condition (built in chair cooler zippers were corroded shut, but that always happens with those chairs so no big deal). Ran a load of laundry (quarters or app for payment) once during our 10 night stay and it was a breeze, did not miss having an in unit W/D. Loved the proximity to our favorite beaches and the relaxed atmosphere of Kahana. My only suggestions, which were not brought to managements attention, because they didn't significantly impact our stay: - curtains should be replaced, and blackout curtains should be in the bedroom (very bright covered exterior walkway lights) - shower liner should be replaced - unit could use a deep clean Again, none of these things impacted our stay and they weren't brought to managements attention, because they just weren't that big of a deal to us. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and hope to stay here again!

Outstanding view

We enjoyed staying here for two weeks! The crown jewel of this property is the view. The complex is quiet and respectful. The side beach access was a wonderful surprise bonus, and the pool was great for the kids. The unit provided plenty of lawn chairs, a cooler, and umbrella for use. Our bed was comfortable and the unit was relatively clean, however, I can’t say I’ve ever been asked to provide my own cleaning products to care for someone else’s investment so that was a bit strange. They did have a broom and vacuum cleaner, and dish soap. One of the two things we truly disliked about this stay was the light filtering into the bedroom from the exterior (complex) hallway. If you need a dark room to sleep, an eye mask is an absolute must. The other thing—if you intend to cook— was that the pots and pans are awful. The nonstick is so scratched up and no amount of butter or oil could help the metal pans. I did not complain to the host or give him a chance to fix this, but hopefully he will. Otherwise, very good communication from the host! I would stay here again knowing what I know now with a little extra prep.

Amazing View of Ocean and Sunsets

View is amazing. Molokai directly in front frames the absolutely beautiful sunsets. Large balcony is 60 feet from the water. Turtles frolic all day in the water in front of unit. Low key neighborhood, quiet and does not feel crowded like Kaanapali which is a 5 min drive away. Easy parking and nice grills outside to use. Grounds very well maintained. Very clean unit, not updated but bed is good and appliances all work. Good TV and great internet. Little warm at night in August with no AC but we adjusted quickly. Greatly enjoyed and would highly recommend.

An excellent quality/price ratio in West Maui!

If this property is available for your stay in Maui, just book it, it’s a no-brainer! You’ll have a beautiful view on the ocean, a calm apartment (both during the day and at night), a clean and practical place and a strategic location in West Maui close to Lahaina and tons of beaches. The owner is highly responsive and was very helpful when we had a little trouble finding the place (hint if ever you’re jet lagged and arrive at night: don’t hesitate to open the metal door of the appartement to access the condo.) We are a family of four who stayed there for a week and if ever we’re lucky enough to go back to Maui one day, we’ll book again for sure!

What a view!

The view is just amazing and the location is good if you want to stay on the west part of the island. Outside facilities was clean and work well. A bit old inside with the carpet but everything was clean. Thanks!

Awesome ocean view

The location is very convenient to go to Kannapali or to Kapalua. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing as you look over at Molokini; we ate most of our meals and had sunset drinks out there. As others have mentioned, this unit needs a little updating, such as a fresh coat of paint, but you can't beat the location and view. So lovely that we hope to return!

It was an awesome get away home

The condo is as the picture shows and described. The condo is very clean. It has a gorgeous view at the balcony. There's a beach right next to us. There are stores near by if we need to buy anything. I loved it, I highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a decently low price condo in Maui. I will definitely rebook for my next maui trip.

Excellent condo exceeded my expectations

We stay for a week as a family of 4. The condo has everything we needed to stay comfortably, even beach chair and umbrella to bring to the beach. The beds (even the sofa bed) are comfortable. We see turtles right outside of our condo. Best of all, stunning views.
