El complejo Kahana Reef se encuentra en medio de la reparación del dique. La fase 1 se ha completado. La fase 2 comenzará el 1 de junio de 2019. Algunas de las cosas que puede esperar durante la construcción: el horario de construcción es de lunes a viernes de 8 am a 5 pm, y la construcción pesada comienza después de las 9 am. Dependiendo de la marea, a veces el trabajo comenzará antes de las 8 am. El trabajo requerirá maquinaria pesada. El trabajo será ruidoso y disruptivo. Parte del trabajo es la remoción del concreto existente que requerirá martillado. El área sur del estacionamiento perderá espacios de estacionamiento para equipos de construcción y suministros. El estacionamiento puede ser un poco estrecho y, si es necesario, se aplicará la política de un auto por unidad. Las áreas de césped de Makai estarán fuera de los límites dentro y alrededor del área de construcción, comenzando en el extremo sur.

The condo has the most amazing view. Clean and nicely updated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Close to shops and beaches. Very easy check in process and great communication from property manager.

Beautiful location

Balcony view of ocean and private beaches were outstanding. Unit was great for 2 of us. Very quite, doesn’t seem busy with people even though parking lot was full. Shopping and other amenities are so close.

Condo has your basic needs. I have stayed at Kahana Reefs before, this unit is very nice. No A/C, but the fans did the trick. Would stay again. Only real issue was the elevator closest to our unit only worked two days of our 13 day stay, but gives you exercise.😉

Kahana Reef #422

The property location is great, and it's in good condition however the elevator only worked about 50% of the time. This unit had everything you'd need for a nice stay for 2-4 people. Downside is that there is a bright walkway light right outside the bedroom window which made it difficult to sleep with the window open, also the air doesn't circulate in the bedroom, it was hot in midMay the rest of the apartment was perfectly comfortable but the bedroom was hot even with all four provided fans on high. The bed was much too soft for us, but we prefer medium to firm. The view is beautiful, the apartment is well stocked, it had nice beach gear, chairs and towels which we really appreciated. Internet worked very well.

The condo has the most amazing view. Very surreal. Nicely updated and close to shops, beaches and fun. The check in process was very easy and the condo had everything we needed. Will return.

Beautiful views, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great top floor, end-unit which allowed for nice air flow. Super clean, updated, tasteful furniture. Lanai is a nice size and you can hear the waves throughout the condo. We appreciated all of the beach accessories and well stocked kitchen. Bedroom is a little tight but it was fine for us and bed is comfortable. Pretty grounds and centrally located.

Quiet whale watching from balcony

We ate every meal on the lovely lanai watching the whales and sunsets. Location made it easy to hit the highway and get to places quickly. Little Chinese restaurant right across the street, McDonalds, coffee shop and brewpub nearby. Beach with playground just down the road.

Comfortable accommodations

Enjoyed my stay and it was as described. The place was clean and well kept except when I first arrived there were a few more bugs inside than I’d expect but after day 1 no issues. It’s a great end unit with better air flow than the interior units. Met a few residents and they were very friendly. I would upgrade in better quality sheets to make the night sleep better.

Stunning Oceanfront View

Great, comfortable, well-stocked space. This is a corner unit, where all the windows open to get a nice breeze. Cannot beat this view; watching boats, whales, turtles and beautiful sunsets. Kahana is a great area, with many activities within a 10 min drive. Would stay here again!

Great view from this suite . Building and suite need some upgrading . Stayed here family of 4 , sofa in living room needs a better mattress . Nice king bed in bedroom. Doors in suite difficult to operate ! Furniture is comfy, no cooler in suite which is must when going to beach . Property management company needs to give suite some fixing up , then would be great .

Clean, beautiful views from the balcony, but signs of wear and tear everywhere.

There is no a/c in these units. It was 85-89 degrees everyday we were there in mid October and the humidity was 85%. It was almost unbearable to sleep at night. The ceiling fans simply did not move the air around enough, and even with every window open, it was very uncomfortable. Be sure you ask about fans. We were not provided with fans upon arrival. The one box fan delivered was cheap and ineffective. I ended up driving back to Walmart to purchase a good fan (we saw the $20 fan they provided us there) to put in our room so that we could sleep. If they don't provide you with adequate fans that are good quality, then your stay will not be as comfortable. In my opinion, multiple quality fans should have been there already, not upon request. Next time I will not stay in a place that does not have a/c. Otherwise, it was absolutely gorgeous. They provided beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and had great kitchen amenities. It was nicely located between Napili and Kaanapali, so we could head in either direction. Lots of potential here!
