Welcome to this fabulous house in Eugene. This awesome property features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and an additional office space with a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like a hair dryer, AC, WiFi, heating, washing machine, and iron. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. A very short drive, even a beautiful walk, from University of Oregon campus, Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field. This beautiful cabin in the woods feels so serene, yet you are just minutes away from all the activities that Eugene has to offer.

Two bedrooms, two baths, an office space that can transition into a third bedroom. Multiple outdoor spaces for dining, entertaining, or sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the quiet.

The Hummingbird House is a charming and beautifully furnished cottage in a woodsy neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for sleeping and slow mornings. We did not make use of the kitchen because Thanksgiving meals were at our cousins' home nearby. Access to the house from the parking area requires navigating several steps. The house was chilly when we arrived and it took us some time to figure out the variety of heating systems. A ceiling fan might help to push heat down from above.

Great location close to U of O while being in a woodsy setting with trails available at the front door. The home was cozy and worked well for our needs. A binder with trail maps and food delivery recommendations would be a great future addition. Thank you for a fun get away to visit our daughter!!

Beautiful and clean home in an amazing setting. Would absolutely stay again if back in Eugene. Close enough to campus and Autzen Stadium but far enough away for peace and quiet. Tucked away in nature.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Beautiful (BEAUTIFUL!) home with everything you could ask for or need. We were there to move our son into the university, but I would love to come back someday and stay during the fall weather. I highly recommend this spot. Very convenient to everything. And did I say it was beautiful?

Great house

Clean, quiet, at the end of a dead-end road, wooded, secluded. Perfect for the week we were there for USATF Nationals. Less than five minute drive to where we parked to walk (seven or eight minutes) to Hayward. We would stay there again!

This was a very nice, well maintained house, suitable for at most 4 people. it is very close to numerous trails that lead to Fairmount and Hendricks Park. Laurelwood Golf Course is a 5-10 minute walk away, and Hayward Field and surroundings is a 25-30 minute walk.

Very nice quiet home

This property was exactly what a few runners running the marathon needed to quietly sit and eat pasta and bread. I didn’t do so well in the race but that’s a me problem, hopefully can come back next year and stay here and actually finish the race.

Cozy and Quiet

This property is in a quiet wooded neighborhood. A little far for walking to most places but only a short drive to campus and neighboring areas. The house was very clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. Communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend the Hummingbird House to others.
