This lovely property features a 14-acre lake within 3 miles of 2 ski resorts, as well as amenities such as a canoe, pavilion, hiking trail, fishing poles, and a playground for kids. There are several baby equipment items provided as well. The house offers high-speed internet, making it ideal for remote work, and even includes a LEVEL 2 ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views of the lake with a propane fireplace and gas grill. The house includes 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 twins, and a loft couch, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms, including a bathtub, and onsite laundry, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Other features include a stunning living room, a granite kitchen with a gas stove, and an oversized kitchen table for delightful dinner gatherings. Additionally, you can savor your morning coffee on the comfortable loft sofa with a view of the mountains. Enjoyable stay!

The cabin is cozy and spacious—having two different levels each with bathrooms and bedrooms made it feel even more like we each had our own space, but still plenty of room to hang out together.

Very relaxing 2 day stay by the lake

Really love this property and location, very open surroundings, you dont have other cabins right next to you. Its also conveniently located 5 mins from downtown Davis and Thomas, real hidden gem, would stay here again.

This place was cozy and spacious all at the same time. The fishing at the lake was great! This cabin was also back far enough from the lake that kids were able to go play outside without the fear of them going into the lake without us. It was just enough out of the way to be peaceful. The host was also quick with communication when we had a question. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely cabin, convenient area

This cabin was great for our group, plenty of space, rooms, and bathrooms. The wood still has a nice smell in this new build and you could tell how new everything was. Other places in the area I've stayed are run down and outdated so I really appreciated the fresh space. It's convenient to town and all surrounding activities. We enjoyed watching wildlife at the lake while we were there and even got some great pictures of a comet and shooting stars. I look forward to staying here again!

Lovely New Cabin

I was a little skeptical when I first booked as there weren't many reviews to go off of. But I am so glad that I did! Our family LOVED our stay. The location was perfect. Only several minutes from town. The house was great. It was new, clean, and fresh! The beds and pillows were the softest we have ever experienced in a rental. The lake was so relaxing. Fishing was amazing. The host was very informative and prompt with communication. Would definitely stay again!

A great cabin in the woods

My family and I rented this house to get away for a relaxing few days over the Thanksgiving holiday. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The house was brand new and has a very well thought out design and a very well stocked kitchen. The check in and check out process was easy. The house is easy to find and is very close to a few nice little towns. Highly recommend this property. My family and I look forward to returning when the weather is a bit warmer and we can really explore the trails and waterfalls in the area. Also look forward to returning for a ski trip next winter.

Perfect Location, even better host!

Our family and friends have been coming to David for years. But when we had a baby this past year we needed a bigger place to stay and found this rental. It was everything we needed and more. The location of the cabin is in the middle of everything you need. It was so family friendly! Even had a rocking chair in the master which was perfect to get the little one to sleep. For the 6 adults it had the best lauout that allowed for us all to sit at the table and catch up, while also having our own space. We had an issue with the heat not working when we first got there. But the host was so quick to respond and get it fixed. We didn’t even blame him since the area can be pretty harsh, and it wasn’t his fault. But he took the time to make it right and convince someone to come out right away to fix it. Hands down a great cabin. We will stay here again and again as long as it still fits our needs with our group! Don’t miss out on this perfect place!
