1. Registration & Photo ID: Before your check-in date, please ensure that all guests are registered with us. We require a photo ID for each guest for verification purposes.

2. Apartment Access Code: Prior to your arrival, I will send you a code to access the loft entrance. This code will allow you to enter the apartment and get a magnetic key placed on the table.

1. Common amenities like pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath will be ready to use in December 2024
2.Apartment will be dotted with toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee and cooking oil.
3.Self check in.
4. No smoking inside the apartment.
5. No pets.
6. Only registered guests are allow inside the apartment.
7. the studio has 1 queen bed for 2 people and a bed under de queen bed for a kid or a petite size adult.
