Ocean Vie Apartment is a perfect place to stay in Cartagena de Indias. Located along Beaches, this well ventilated beautiful Apartment sits inside the exclusive Bocagrande touristic área in harmony with the shimmering waters.



Its a 5 minutes drive to down Town it is 15 minute drive to the Airport and just steps to Restaurants and Bars. Near to the beach.



Room #1 - The master suite has 1 Queen size bed, an in-suite balcony overlooking the Ocean.

▪️If there are guests who are minors and are not accompanied by their parents, they must present at reception an AUTHENTICATED permit from the parents, and original physical document of birth registration, otherwise they will not allow their entry.

▪️Due to building policies, visitors are not allowed in the apartment, parties or events, loud music that disturbs the other guests.

* Registration required 24 hours in advance.

‼️If you do not comply with the established registration times, entry on the first night is not guaranteed, and the guest will only be able to enter from night 2 onwards once the process is complete.

Payment of the entry fee

It is mandatory to pay an identification fee of 17,000 COP per person, through PSE or the payment link provided by the building, before entering the property.



This fee will serve as your identification as guests of the condominium and will give you free access to the social and/or common areas.
