I am originally from the Bay Area. Moved to Montecito with my family in 2018 and fell in love. The beach life is so healthy and fun and this tropical estate sits on my favorite street. Miramar Beach has become a lifestyle and now that I have had a taste of this slice of heaven and Montecito,
I never want to go anywhere else . We hope you enjoy Miramar Beach, The Rosewood 5 ⭐️ resort next door, and Coast Village for food and shopping as much as we do!

Our property is unique because it sits on the corner of MIRAMAR Avenue and Eucalyptus, which is a very popular surf spot and has direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches of all of Santa Barbara. You don’t have to worry about parking, like everybody else, because you have a gated home and access to plenty of parking. You can also walk next-door to the Rosewood Miramar 5 star resort - inquire within for a resort house account. There is nothing like it!
