Este hermoso condominio Penthouse de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con patio privado en la azotea tiene capacidad para 6 personas, ubicado en el campo de golf Bahía Príncipe, con vista al mar desde el patio de la azotea. El patio de la azotea es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del atardecer de Akumal con jacuzzi / bañera de hidromasaje.

QUE HACE DIFERENTE A ESTE CONDOMINIO
Hemos amueblado y equipado nuestro condominio para que disfrute cada momento de su estadía. Equipamos con colchones y ropa de cama de alta calidad. Cama King con colchón de espuma viscoelástica en la habitación principal, cama Queen en el segundo dormitorio con colchón firme pero suave con colchón superior, cómodo sofá cama completo. La ropa de cama incluye sábanas muy suaves con su elección de espuma viscoelástica o almohadas suaves. Condominio bellamente decorado con hermosos y cómodos muebles interiores y exteriores.

Amazing time for my family of 5

Patrick was amazing to work with, he was informative and provided a ton of information! We did an all inclusive day at Bahia. I think it was 70 for adults and 50 for kids. We golfed, walked, snorkled with turtles, cliff jumped, swam in cenotes. The location was perfect. The gate workers were friendly. Tons to do. The condo was clean, had all the necessities for us to cook meals, the beds were comfortable, the space was perfect for our family of 5. I would definately stay here again.

An Escape in Paradise

My wife broke her foot just weeks before our trip.... She wanted to cancel but I talked her out of it and fortunately the unit had an elevator. It is a beautiful unit with a great rooftop patio area great for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening ( we were on the go during the day ) We visited the Adults only pool in the afternoon and found it very relaxing with nice company. We utilized the All inclusive option a few nights at the resort and found it to be a value ( this is controlled by the resort and prices change which is beyond the control of the host ) It was very safe and all staff were friendly. I would recommend this unit!

Our 4 week stay at Bahia Principe

We arrived late because of traffic, but we had no problem finding the codo with help of the staff. It is a very nice unit, well appointed and modern. The complex has 2 nice pools with gas grills that looked almost brand new. The golf course on site is beautiful, but very challenging. There are nearby beaches and restaurants, but you really need a car to get around. The owner Patrick was quite helpful. He even came by one day since he was staying at another property that he owns close by. The management company was also very good. They were always quick to respond the few times we had an issue. I highly recommend this property

Wonderful stay

The condo was great! Very clean and well cared for. We were able to cook our meals, wash clothes, and visit the area. My husband played golf, said it was one of the best golf courses he has ever played. The beach club was great. We met friends there and had lunch. Food was excellent. Akumal had some great restaurants also. Just a short distance away. Rented a car so it was easy to get around.

Best Place Ever To Stay!

The condo was beautiful with all amenities needed. Calming and relaxing after touring all day. Big plus was the private roof top with hot tub and grill/seating. The bed rooms and baths are up to date with plenty of storage space. The kitchen we were able to make breakfast and enjoy hanging

Safe and Quiet Location

Patrick is a great host and was very accommodating when our travel plans had changed at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. The property is within a gated complex (2 security check points) which made our family feel very safe. The complex is very lush and well taken care of. There were no issues with excessive noise, it is a very serene setting. The unit itself is well appointed and spacious, we did have some challenges with the dishwasher which were relayed to the local property manager and Patrick to address. The rooftop is a nice area to sit out and relax. I would recommend a car to anyone visiting this area which would make it easier to get around. The grocery stores we went to were about 20+ minutes away so stocking up is a good idea. My wife and I were both working remotely during our trip and had no issues with the internet which is a wired connection. Thanks again for a great memorable getaway, Patrick. We look forward to returning to one of your properties in the future.

Best place you can choose to stay in

We had an awesome experience in this condo. The place is super high end with quality furnishings; the beds are super mega comfortable and the cleanliness is spotless. Everything our family needed and more was already there. One afternoon it rained so we stayed indoors and we were so grateful that the condo is so spacious and is setup perfectly to accommodate our entire group. We love to visit the area and staying at a comfortable place where we can recharge is very important for our family plus if we decide to take a day off of outside activities it needs to be good enough for all of us and this is really the best condo we can choose so when we come back we will absolutely rent again. The location is perfect because it's inside a gated community with security guards 24/7 so we don't have any safety concerns and we are close to all of the good spots for vacation. There are a bunch of good restaurants within a 5-7 minute drive and also there are a couple inside the community that are a 3 minute walk and an 8 minute walk from the condo and all of them are really good. The beach options are too many to list; all of them are great so that's easy. Tulum town we visit and it's a 15 minute drive away. You can Golf inside the community; there is a massive PGA golf course that's one of the best I've ever seen. There is a beach club inside the community as well and we fell in love with it that we were there almost every single day. We visited the resorts inside the same community by paying a day pass and that was lovely; the food was amazing and the service was great so we were grateful we could do that all from inside the neighborhood; we barely had any desire to leave the complex since we all had a blast with so many things to do in there; we only left because there were things we wanted to explore but truly you could spend an entire holiday in the complex and nobody would get bored with so many things to do for children, teens and adults. If you're on the fence contact Pat the owner because he communicates real easy and fast and has all of the inside info to maximize your time. We are already planning on going back and renting from him one more time

Amazing Vacation

My friends and I went there for my birthday celebration and we had a great time! Beautiful and clean condo with comfortable beds and wonderful views. The rooftop with nice furniture and Whirlpool Jacuzzi was an awesome place to relax. The swimming pools were nice and relaxing and the Kay Beach club was very nice with good food. The location was great and very close to many activities. Patrick provided information on many local attractions and activities. We visited Tulum and Xpu-Ha beach. It was nice having the choice to purchase individual meal tickets or the all-inclusive pass for Bahia Principe or to go off the resort to eat. We loved eating on the ocean at the La Buena Vida in Akumal and the Rosa Negra in Tulum. There are so many great spots and so much to do in the area, we will definitely be going back.

Not quite as advertised

The condo itself is very comfortable and has everything you need. We were disappointed, however, that none of the resort amenities are included, despite the listing saying that they were. We specifically picked this condo to be able to use the resort, but discovered we would have to pay $35-45 a day, pp to use the resort amenities like beach/pool/volleyball etc. The owner told us this was due to covid, however, the resort told us this change was made in December. Since we rented in March, I feel like the owner should not be advertising the resort amenities as included and should let people know. If you buy the day pass now, it includes food. Also, the wellness center/gym and one of the pools at the condo are closed and have been since March 2020. The listing and the owner does not let you know that either.

Nice condo/very far from the beach

4 adults/Stayed 3 nights.....No shuttles running to the beach because of COVID/taxis are very expensive there and back/to far to walk to beach or other resorts/rental car a must to travel around. Had to call to have hot water heater fixed 1 st day/No beach towels at the property for two days/ white towels to bathe with stained/no extras/sheets on the bed need to be replaced....smelled. No extra toiletries or cleaning supplies available. Lots of door slamming which is felt throughout the condo very annoying throughout the night. Full-time tenants living in the other condos which seem very nice. Nice secluded area and condo. Owner deducted 85 from my deposit because there was a stain on the couch which was already dirty and needed to be steam cleaned.

Highly recommended

We (party of four) stayed in this condo for three weeks in December 2019 and would highly recommend this suite to those who don't mind paying a little more for the square footage, enjoying a fully stocked kitchen, enjoying peace and serenity while being close to all sorts of action, and for living in a spotless (not just clean) condo. Thank you Patrick for sharing your home with us and for checking in with us to see how we were doing after a few days in to our vacation. Your condo was the cleanest (practically spotless) and most cared for condo we have ever rented. The complete binder helped us get informed of the condo, beaches, restaurants, activities and shopping. I recommend every guest take the time to read this binder. Thank you Darren for your quick responses to our minor questions. A new change implemented by Bahia Principe is that guests of Tao can no longer receive beach towel cards at the club house.

Great place to stay!

The property manager was very quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. The condo itself was beautiful, we loved hanging out on the rooftop but we definitely had to make use of our bug spray!! The grocery store was about 15 mins away, so we did all of our shopping there for the week. We actually didn’t stay much on the resort, did a lot of exploring through Tulum. There were tons of resort amenities that we could have used if we had wanted to though! Overall, great stay...would definitely recommend this condo for your next trip.

Great alternative to resort all-inclusive

We really enjoyed our stay at Patrick's Tao condo. I was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was equipped with all of the essentials and it was spotless when we arrived. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer as well. The rooftop deck was fantastic, especially in the evenings when we would sit out and enjoy the beautiful starry nights. We also enjoyed using the deck off of the main floor for breakfast. We used the Tao Wellness facility a few times for the fitness room. There are a limited number of machines, but the property itself it great. We also traveled to the Tulum part of the resort one day and purchased a lunch buffet package for $15USD per person. You will be provided with a guide when you visit the club for your resort bracelets and towel cards. We had a terrific lunch by the beach and it also included drinks. The condo was the perfect place to set out for some adventures and we visited Chichen Itza (2 hours), Sian Ka'an biosphere (40 minutes) and Tulum ruins (20 minutes). We fell in love with Akumal and the great restaurants there. It is a quick 5-10 minute drive into town. We decided to get a rental car since we had many trips planned. I would highly recommend having your own car if you plan on going out often, even to the resort side of the property. We stopped for groceries in Playa Adventuras on our way from the airport. We restocked using the Tulum grocery store. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels if you will be setting out for any tours. The towel exchange at the resort is more work than it is worth unless you are spending the day there and the washer/dryer makes keeping them fresh very easy. I would highly recommend Patrick's condo as an alternative to the resort all-inclusive. You can still take advantage of many of the resort amenities.

The Tao condos are beautifully maintained. We loved having a penthouse room with seating & and a hot tub on the roof for the evenings. We used the fitness facility daily. It was small but adequate and never crowded. The pools around the condo are also never crowded and well maintained. There is Wifi in the room, by the pools and in the fitness center. Some things to consider - It takes a good 10 minutes drive to get to the main part of the Bahia Principe resort. It's not far by distance but it's a slow drive with lots of security check points! There are shuttles but we drove and just parked at the main resort. When staying in the Tao you have access to the Tulum part of the Bahia Principe resort and if you are adults you have access also to Sian Kaan. You do NOT have access to the other parts of the resort. Wasn't a big deal for us as Tulum was huge and had plenty to do. But we didn't understand that coming in. Also there is no wifi access for tao residents at the Bahia Principe! When checking into this condo I advise you to check over the condition of everything in the room carefully as you would a rental car. Everything looked great at a glance when we checked in so this never crossed my mind but we were charged for a few damages that there was no way our family created. Small things, and not a big deal. But if I were to go again, I'd go through those rooms with a fine tooth comb! Other little things we experienced (again, not a big deal - but worth noting) Only 1 of the 2 showers worked, AC in the living room didn't work, dishwasher was on the fritz and we were there long enough to have a cleaning person come mid-visit but no one came. We did notify the owner of the issues when we left so they might be resolved but he time you visit. There's an on call guy who seems like he could have been very helpful but we didn't have time to call him in. We were too busy exploring the region and didn't stay at the condo much. In short, I would recommend these condos to family or friends. But I'd give them the above details to help them prepare better! :)

Very relaxing!

The condo is very beautiful in a well designed community. It is close to the attractions that we wanted to cover - Akuml, Tulum, Coba etc. The beaches are fantastic. This condo is a great place to stay. The resort has many options to engage you in a relaxing manner. The Tulum Hotel on the property is a fantastic place to spend 4-8 hrs or a whole day. The owner, Patrick Fox was very helpful with all the information needed to plan our stay and find things around the place. Great service! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very well decorated and extremely comfortable. Felt like home walking in. The rooftop deck and jacuzzi are great. We had everything we needed for enjoying light appetizers and cocktails at the condo. Definitely entertainment kind of space. Our 5 person family split time between the all inclusive at the resorts and eating out on town. Patrick left a great recommendations binder to help in going out into town. Town visits are very safe and the food is great and inexpensive. We visited Tulum, Xel-ha and the Dos Ojos cenote. Kids would have preferred not to go to Tulum! Resort amenities are fabulous. Lots of activities to participate in (gym, aerobics, etc.), water sports or just chilling - whatever speed you are looking for. Our older kids went clubbing at the Hacienda and meet quite a few other teens and had a great time. Shuttles are a mostly convenient way to get around. We had a rental car, which made it super easy. I played golf and it's a great course. I went early to beat the heat and it was still hot (Aug, duh!)! There was a great breeze coming off the ocean the whole time!! Host made entire process super smooth. Highly recommended!

Our best vacation ever!

Our family stayed 7 nights in this extremely clean, well kept condo. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom with attached bath, our 8 and 12 year olds split the week: one in the second bedroom with attached bath and other on the pull out couch in the living room. This is the first time I've had a washer/dryer on vacation and I'll never do it any other way. You need a fraction of the clothes. We ate 2 of 3 meals in condo then ate in town at some fabulous restaurants for the third. The resort is beautiful but we personally prefer to spend our days about with the locals. Checking in and out were a breeze. Patrick sends flawless instructions for everything if you take the time to read them. The property felt extremely safe and all staff friendly and helpful. Just avoid the resort vacation club sales/tour people. It's not worth the free breakfast and souvenirs! Would definitely return to this condo again for future vacations.

Lovely Tao stay

We really enjoyed staying at Tao residences. It was very beautiful and well kept. All the different pools and beaches available made it very relaxing. We also enjoyed participating in the yoga classes daily at the Wellness Center. The owner supplied us with lots of information that made the stay very easy.
