Awesome Holiday!

Everything was as expected. Condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Jean Louise was great and addressed any issues very quickly. We would definitely recommend this condo for a great relaxing holiday. Snorkeled right out front, the water was beautiful!

There was an error in the booking, so we were in a different condo the first night. They straightened everything out the next day and went out of their way to accommodate for the error. The condo itself was beautiful, clean and exactly like the pictures. Was a perfect setting, nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful condo, well equipped

We stayed with another couple in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the lagoon close to the beach. We were so impressed with how well equipped the condo was. The owners thought of everything! Jean Louis and his wife were so welcoming and hospitable. They checked in on us often to see if we needed anything. They provided transport to and from the airport. We will return to this condo. Very happy

From the moment we landed in Cancun and met Jean Louis at the airport, he made our entire trip effortless. From recommendations on excursions to where to have dinner, he was always right on point. I was a little nervous booking a private condo in Mexico for my family but there is no doubt that after this experience in Puerto Aventuras and with Jean Louis, I would do it again. The area was really safe and everyone was very friendly. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week, chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas. Compared to staying in a one room hotel...this was way better hands down. We hope to return! Michelle

Great Vacation

Jean Louis is a fantastic host and took very good care of us. The property was as described, very clean, and well stocked. The common area is shared between 8 units and we met several other travellers during the ten days we stayed. It was never crowded and we got to use the bbq and seating areas whenever we wanted to. We also took out the kayaks every day, which was a real treat. We walked to restaurants several times and used the beach across the bridge within a very short walk from our unit. There were three comfortable beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella that we used a few times. Everywhere we went felt very safe with security throughout the area. The Chedauri grocery store and shopping centre is very close by too. We were able to get everything we wanted and made several trips during our stay to buy fish, meat, wine, and fresh baked goods. The Wi-Fi worked well at the condo and we picked up cell phone SIM cards with a 30 day package for the same cost as a day of roaming charges with our Canadian cell provider as soon as we arrived so that we could stay connected to work and family while on the road. We plan to visit again only this time we would likely rent a car directly through Jean Louis because of the long wait and hassle we had to go through with the airport rental agency. Highly recommended!

Fantastic vacation place.

Everything about the condo and location were perfect. The condo patio overlooks the peaceful lagoon which was perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. Clear, beautiful water and always calm regardless of the wind. Swim or paddle out of the lagoon and you are 10 steps away from the ocean. The condo is in the safe, gated community of Puerto Aventuras and more than a dozen quaint restaurants and shops within safe walking distance. In addition swimming with dolphins is within walking distance. There is a marina where the fisherman dock and we bought 2 fresh filets of tuna for $0.51 or 10 Mexican pesos. Just walk along the ocean beach to the front of the Omi hotel and you'll find excellent snorkeling with coral and beautiful fish. Jean Louis is an excellent host and attends to all your needs including discounts on tours in the area. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked. Best to buy your groceries just outside Puerto Aventuras at the large grocery store on your first day. Since the water heater is a tankless water heater, we found it worked best to not run other faucets/laundry while taking a shower. Turn the hot water on all the way. Takes about 5 minutes for it to reach the shower head hot, then turn on gradually the cold until it is the temp you desire. Endless hot shower! Pool is sparkling clean and good temp for hot days. We will return to this condo!!!! Thanks Jean Louis

We were amazed with all the amenities included with this condo! All we needed was more time!!

We arrived in Puerto Aventuras after dark because we had a horrible experience with our car rental, not good!! It was a little hard to find the condo once inside Puerto Aventuras but it was only because it was pitch dark and it was my first time visiting. So I suggest you print out the map that the owner emails you prior to arriving. If not there are many security's on the property and everyone is very helpful. The owner also emails you the code to unlock your condo, no keys needed, so you are able to let yourself in as soon as you arrive. We were greeted by Azucena, she was very welcoming and informed us of all the local restaurants, ATM's, and markets. They also have a folder full of tours that Azucena could set up for you. I wasn't aware of this and had purchased all my tours online prior to arriving in Cancun. The condo had great ventilation and was very comfortable, I was traveling with a 5-year-old so I enjoyed having a full kitchen on hand. The beach is walking distance and beautiful, we also had lots of fun on the kayak's. The only problem we encountered was that one of our tour buses didn't want to pick us up at the condo because we are located towards the very back of the gated community and the walk from our condo to the entrance of Puerto Aventuras would of been to long. We were only 20 min away from Xcaret Adventure Park, about 40 min away from Playa Del Carmen, and 30 min away from Tulum. Great Location!!! THANK YOU!!!

We love staying in this community and at Jean luios' properties. The place is perfectly located and makes getting to excursion very easy. Food is walking distance and the beach is a 1-minute walk. Our kids love the kayaks and paddle boards. We love the peace and quiet away from all the noise in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen. If you are planning to rent a car, I highly recommend using one of Jean Louis' rentals. They are very reasonable and a low stress option.

Excellent place to stay for extended period

We have rented this condo for a month stay. It’s exactly as advertised. We found the location is super convenient. So close to the beach and renting car from the owner was a big plus. We drove to the beaches, cenotes and grocery stores. If staying for longer periods cad is definitely needed. The condo was super clean, we found everything for cooking and comfortable living for a month. The complex is nice, safe and communication with the management was super easy and all of our concerns and requests were met and answered immediately. Highly recommend this place. We are two couples in our early 60 s and this place was super spacious and convenient for us . 5 star no doubt . Thank you for having us !

Great place

This was a really nice comfortable place to stay. The owners were very helpful and even picked up some tamales for our trip back home and left them there. It was very close to the beach and there is kayaks to use. Some things to note are that you can’t kayak out to the ocean, just in the bay, there is a fence. The bay was also not a great place to go swimming because is was fairly shallow and had seaweed in it. But there is a nice little pool, beautiful patio and you can walk to the beach or visit a cenote, there are several within a 10 minute drive of the condo (we did this almost every day, the water was beautiful and cool!) there are restaurants you can walk to about 3/4ths of a mile away. We also did this a lot. It is a gated community so it’s not exactly the same as being out in the world but it’s very safe. The restaurants are inside the gate and are pretty good (I recommend the little authentic Mexican food one) There is also a tiny town across the highway that has supermarkets, shops and restaurants if you get tired of being inside. It’s definitely a beautiful place and the owner was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Great condo and host

Overall experience was great, host was very responsive and professional. even arranged car and airport pickup and drop off for fair price. Condo had many amenities. some shared items but were essentially all for me. minor items were addressed ASAP. I highly recommend Jean and plan on coming back when I go to Cancun again. I also liked very much the resort area, safe and many good restaurants and things to do like scuba and dolphin swim. met other families and made some new friends and great memories.

Relaxing stay in Puerto Aventuras Condo Bellmare

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. Property located in an area of Puerto Aventuras that is about a 5 min walk to the beach. Property sits on the shore of a lagoon fed by the ocean but it is mostly still. The villa has two kayaks that you can use in the lagoon or paddle to the beach area. Owners are very responsive and attentive.

My husband and I along with another couple spent 4 relaxing weeks at Condo Bellemare. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed Puerto Aventuras. Jean Louis was very attentive to our needs the whole time we were there, especially during a bad storm when we lost power. The condo is well equipped and in a quiet section of Puerto Aventuras. We spent endless hours on our balcony overlooking at the lagoon and at the beach and thoroughly enjoyed it. We did not rent a car and walked into the Center to restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. The farmers' market is great and an added plus twice per week. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it.

The property was beautiful, clean and very welcoming

After 8 nights we truly didn’t want to leave. This really felt like a home away that we wished we could stay at forever! The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The home furnishing and decor was very nice. I thought the master bedrooms king size bed was very comfortable! Jean Louis and his wife Azucena made sure we were comfortable and provided us with great information on Puerto Aventuras, as well as the surrounding area. We started every morning with a kayak around the lagoon and headed to the beach and enjoyed seeing the variety of fish swimming all around us. Most evenings we sat on the patio in front of the lagoon and watched the beautiful sunsets. Each morning the property and pool were cleaned of any debris and dirt from the day before, the grounds keeper did a fantastic job. The property landscaping was stunning! With having a young child that still naps and who goes to bed relatively early, it was so nice to be able to sit and lounge at the pool while she slept. We loved walking around downtown Puertoa Aventuras and watching the dolphins play, the restaurants were fantastic, and it was nice having shops so close. I would absolutely stay here again!

First Class - Great Stay!

Just returned from a 2 week stay in Condo Bellmare B2. EVERYTHING was absolutely wonderful. We have been vacationing in this part of Mexico for years and are happy to say we have found our new favorite place to stay. Jean Louis is the perfect host! He made every effort to ensure that our stay was relaxing, organized and care free. From the moment we arrived to the day we departed we were in great hands. The condo is well cared and in great shape. It was equipped with any and every amenity you could ever want while vacationing in a condo. Everything was in working order and the entire complex was well taken care of. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each morning, kayaking in the lagoon every day, and dinners by the lagoon each night. Jean Louis went above and beyond! He toured us around Puerto Aventuras and gave us many helpful tips to maximize our enjoyment. We rented a golf cart for 2 weeks and had a blast. Thank you Jean Louis!! we will return.

Beautiful place to stay

The location is great just make sure you have a car or golf cart . Juan is very helpful and does everything he can to make your stay unbelievable.

This place has everything needed for a great vacation. Whether you're there for a week, a month or more. You have an amazing pool, the marina, and the entire Puerto Aventuras area within walking distance. Inside, an excellent layout features everything from comfortable bedrooms, good-sized bathrooms, a full kitchen, large dining room table and comfy living room setup. We really enjoyed spending the time on the walk-out patio, overlooking everything.
