Housed within the gated community of Fiddler’s Cove Beach & Racquet Club, guests to this home will also enjoy a plethora of exciting onsite amenities, with 7 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, 2 large pools, a hot tub, and a community clubhouse with 2 indoor racquetball courts. But that’s not all. This unit is also conveniently located near one of the community’s walk-through beach gates taking you on a leisurely stroll to where the gorgeous white sandy beaches await, contrasting against the sparkling blue water. It's a welcome sight for beach goers of any age whether you plan to splash and play the day away or simply lounge on the sand with a good book in hand. To take full advantage of the community amenities, Hilton Head Hangout also includes beach chairs, a beach wagon, tennis and racquetball racquets, and tennis balls for your convenience and enjoyment. When you’re ready to see more of the island, exploration is breezy. Leave the car at home in favor of renting a bike and peddling about the sights, stopping to experience the shopping, dining, parks, and maybe even a round or two of mini golf along the way.

Speaking of the kitchen, you’ll find it fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Fire up the drip coffee maker first thing in the morning and relax with your fresh cup out on your private balcony at the café style seating for 2.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Third Floor Unit.
• Stairs are required to reach the unit. No elevator available.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. 24 hours prior to check-in guests must provide vehicle make, model, license plate number, color, and registration state in order to receive parking passes upon first entry into complex. If using rental car, guests must state so 24 hours prior to check-in and will complete registration at the gate upon entry.
• Pets are not permitted. Service animals allowed only after all requirements are met: documentation from medical professional confirming medical need, service animal license, and proof of vaccinations.
