• This is a 4th-floor unit. The building has Elevator and Stairs; please review photos to ensure it meets your accessibility needs.

• Community washer/dryers are card-operated (credit or debit).

• This community has a very strict no-pet policy. The only exception is for service animals, which must be approved prior to entering the grounds.

• Minimum age: Primary renter must be 25 or older.

• Please note that the elevators are NOT guaranteed to be in working order and there are stairs required if elevators are not working.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
