Nestled in the serene Indian Mountain region of Park County, Colorado, this enchanting cabin offers the ultimate mountain escape on 3 acres of stunning, wooded land. Perfectly positioned to provide jaw-dropping views of the Continental Divide, this property is a nature lover’s paradise, with sprawling trails and opportunities for up-close encounters with Deer, Elk, and Moose.
SPECTACULAR VIEWS
★ Enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Continental Divide from various vantage points around the cabin. Relax on the deck with its comfortable seating, gather around the firepit, cook up a meal on the propane grill, or unwind in the hot tub while taking in the stunning scenery.
SPACIOUS LIVING
★ This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed across three levels.
★ Main level includes a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), a record player, and a guitar for your enjoyment.
★ The living room seating configuration has been updated, and the current furniture arrangement may differ from previous setups. The space remains comfortable and fully functional, with ample seating for relaxing and gathering.
★ Dining area seats 8 plus 3 at the counter, and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances and kitchenware.
★ Thermostats are thoughtfully placed throughout the cabin to ensure customizable comfort during your stay.
BEDROOMS
★ Main Level: Features a king bedroom with a closet and dresser, and a bunk room with two bunk beds (4 twin beds total).
★ Upper Level: Offers a spacious king bedroom with a full-sized closet.
★ Basement: Includes a king bed in an open area with additional amenities.
BATHROOMS
★ Main Level: Includes a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
★ Upper Level: Features a larger bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
BASEMENT LOUNGE AND EXTRA SLEEPING
★ The basement offers an inviting lounge area with a smart TV, assorted games/board games, and a ping pong table.
★ It also includes a king bed for additional sleeping space, a washer and dryer, and access to the garage.

🚫 LIMITED AMENITIES 🚫
• Please be aware that this mountain retreat does not have air conditioning, as it benefits from the cooler temperatures of its elevated location. However, ceiling fan and a radiant heat system ensure comfort throughout the seasons.
• Outdoor lighting is subject to community covenant rules intended to reduce light pollution. As a result, outdoor lighting is intentionally limited, which is common throughout the area. For nighttime access—especially on the stairs—guests may find it helpful to use a flashlight or phone light for added visibility.
• You will have private access to the whole cabin throughout the duration of your stay, except for the garage which is used by the owners as a storage space.
• There are also locked owner’s closets in both the upstairs king bedroom and the basement.
• This mountain home relies on a well water system with a limited tank capacity. While the tank refills over time, guests are encouraged to space out showers and keep them brief to ensure there is enough water for everyone. To help maintain water pressure, it’s also advisable to avoid using multiple water sources at the same time.
• The cabin is now equipped with a gel fuel firepit, not a propane gas firepit. This change was made to comply with updated county fire safety regulations and to reduce potential fire hazards in the area.
• The gel fuel fire pit may only be used when no burn ban is in effect. Before using it, guests must check the current burn status by checking online or contacting us directly.
• Guests are kindly requested to bring their own firewood for the indoor fireplace. Any on-site firewood is reserved for the owner’s use only.
🐶 Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $150 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each.
⏰ Late check-out requires prior approval. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged hourly based on our cleaning team’s rate.
❄️ WINTER RESERVATIONS ❄️
• Guests must have a 4-wheel drive vehicle equipped with snow-capable tires. Rear-wheel-drive vehicles are not recommended.
• While the road to the cabin is regularly plowed, guests may need to clear the walkway and parking area themselves.
📷 Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the front of the house to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.

📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.
💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.
