Guest Access:
As a guest at Casa Amigos, you'll have access to all the amenities at Victorian Condo's including gated parking, 2 pools with one being heated in the winter months, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts and BBQ areas. In unit 4109 you'll enter into the hall with alcove bunks beds, a private bedroom, living, dining, kitchen areas and a private balcony.
The Neighborhood:
Victorian Condo's are located at the heart of Seawall Blvd, a short walk to restaurants and stores!
Getting Around:
Right on Seawall, across the street from the beach, Wal-Mart, Sonic, on the Trolly Route and just a short stroll to other restaurants, ice cream and stores.
Other Things to Note:
Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating and air conditioning. What to bring: A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc. B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay. C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!
Interaction with Guests:
Upon booking, a rental agreement containing additional information will be sent to you with our welcome message. In it, there will be a link. When the agreement is signed, arrival information will be sent 3 days before your scheduled arrival.
