We had such a great stay here! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed. The view was absolutely amazing — we loved waking up to it every morning. The location was perfect and made it easy to relax and enjoy Galveston. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home.

Perfect for our little famil

This was our second time staying in this same condo, and it’s perfect for our little family of 3. We had an extra bunk plus the sofa which could accommodate more. We love it here. It’s clean, comfortable, and the balcony faces directly towards the beach, which is just across the street. We are already planning our next trip and would love to stay here again!

Perfect Little Condo

This place was perfect for our needs. It is on the 3rd floor, so you don't hear anyone above you. Great view of the ocean(right across the street). Walmart and plenty of restaurant options are near by. The 2 pools were perfect for late afternoons.

Couldn’t get to satellite TV in the front room. The second ice box the door was open and ice up the freezer. The beds push against the walls so a bit of a situation at night. The entryway right by the elevator and down from the laundry, the condo looks directly at the beach. The layout for one bedroom was very efficient.

The listing says that there is a spa on site, even shows a picture of it. There is no spa. Room was tiny compared to what the pictures look like.

The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: Thomas, thanks for staying with us. We're sorry that you did not enjoy your visit. - There are 2 hot tubs on the property next to each pool. They are both operational. One pool is heated during the winter months and the other is not. Both hot tubs (SPAS) are heated. We do not have a SPA (hot tub) in the condo. The photos are indicative of this. The pool is shown in the photo and the hot tubs (SPAs) are located outside near the pools. We apologize if this was at all confusing for you. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

a little gem next to the sea

This is a great apartment with the balcony overlooking the sea. You can see the sunrise in the morning and the moonrise in the evening straight from your balcony, which has a table and 2 chairs. A very cosy apartment with 2 fridges, a stove, microwave and a dishwasher. You have everything necessary to cook a breakfast/supper and enjoy your stay. The walk to the sea is literally 3-4 minutes, including crossing the road at the traffic light. We will definitely stay at this apartment again, if we can.

Condo was very nice small but nice. Was disappointed that the coffee pot was not a pod unit.

Renting it was easy. But after it was finalized with payment and gives you your contact person. I contacted them by phone and email and never got a response it really aggravated me. I wanted a earlier check in but never got an answer. So for that reason I want rent this unit again

Took my 90 year mom on a weekend getaway. The unit was perfect, just as described. There are elevators and luggage racks to carry everything in! It is located on the main drag, so lots of traffic on the street- but no worries because the unit is very sound proof! I was able to take morning and evening walks by easily crossing the street. Only issue was a refrigerator malfunction, but there are 2 in the unit and an ice machine on the second floor. I called Jane and she promptly responded. It could have been due to electrical issues from the recent hurricane. Overall, pleased with my stay. It would be perfect size for a family of 4. Great coffee was provided and soap in shower and dishes!

Room was just as pictured. My main concern was the cleanliness. There was a thick dust ring around the light switches where they cut into the door frames. Towels had what i assume were self tan stains. Same with one of the blankets. Hair under my pillow that wasnt mine. The nightstand had old soda spilled down the side that wasnt cleaned up. Im glad we brought our own towels, pillows and blankets. Other than the cleanliness, 5 stars and would return.

This was just an okay stay. Found dirty Kleenex under the sofa and bed. Found a wad of hair in the shower. The cover on the pull out bed was dirty and stained (my son refused to sleep on it until it was washed). Couldn’t find sheets for the pull out bed, so had to Improvise. The TV/DVD on the bottom bunk never worked. The pool water was almost too hot to swim in. No need for the hot tub, the pool water was just as warm! Would possibly stay again, loved the view, but would keep my options open.

Cleanest VRBO ever!!!

Please give the house keeping person/people a raise!!! We use VRBO constantly for our vacations. I've never been in a more clean unit! There was not even one spec of sand, dust or hair anywhere! The unit itself was in a perfect location! The paint, kitchen and bathroom was renovated and looks modern and great! Perfect size for 2 adults and 1 teen... definitely wouldn't recommend more the 4 people total. The only recommendation I have to the owner is to declutter in the living room... there was entirely too mu h furniture and just stuff. Just to update to a few modern furniture pieces and get rid of everything else. We'll definitely use this unit everytime we're in Galveston! Thank you!

They thought of everything!

This was such an adorable comfortable condo! Amazing front row ocean view of course was the icing on the cake. The owners thought of about everything to make our stay here so nice We did not end up using some of the awesome accommodations but loved everything there was to offer. A line in the shower to hang wet swimsuits, tv and light AND outlet next to both bunks!, a wine/coffee bar, super cozy throw pillows and soft blanket to snuggle on the couch with, bunks and master bed both raised so that suitcases can easily slide under, great storage for unoacking in the bedroom, a wall mount in the shower with body soap, shampoo and conditioner! Plenty of toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, etc. so you can avoid the hassle of having to purchase such things for your stay. Even a wall mounted bottle opener. Just LOVE this place. The ONLY thing is the bed is very squeaky! If the price is right we will definitely stay here again!👍🏼

The condo is in a great location across from the Gulf with an excellent view, and the beach was just steps away. The central AC worked well, and the condo had basics like dishes, pots, pans, and blankets. The living room had a large TV with limited channels plus a DVD player and movies; the bedroom had a smaller TV/DVD. The kids loved the bunk beds, each with its own small TV/DVD. We brought a Roku and it worked fine.The problems were significant. The shower was missing a sliding glass door, so water went everywhere. We called right away but didn’t hear back for two days. Later we got one hour’s notice before workers arrived. They were already inside when we returned, were loud, one yelled on the phone, and they stayed until 8 PM. The door was installed wrong and water still poured out, with no follow-up from the contact. The bathroom fan, AC vents, and ceiling fan were caked with thick dust, about a quarter inch. On the deck, a strip had broken glass still attached with more glass scattered on the floor. No broom was provided, so we bought one and left it. The beach chairs were so rusted and dry rotted they fell apart; we replaced them with new ones.Overall, the view and location were excellent, but the shower, poor cleaning, broken glass, unusable chairs, and weak communication made the stay frustrating. With proper upkeep this place could be fantastic, but as it stands it was only decent.

I booked this property bc it had so many good reviews. After we arrived, we realized that there were dirty sheets piled up on the bed and a pile of dirty towels on the floor. We immediately contacted Evolve who was sympathetic. They then contacted the owner. They said they would send over housekeeping. The owner texted me and apologized and said she was frustrated too. FRUSTRATED TOO! she was not staying in a dirty condo! After many calls and hours later no one showed up. There were no sheets for the living room pullout either. We had to sleep on dirty beds, dirty bathroom with a lack of toilet paper. Went to Walmart and got a lot of groceries, when we got back the elevators were broken. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs loaded down with groceries. The next day still no housekeeping. The lady at Evolve said that we could purchase some clean sheets and we would be reimbursed. It’s been 3 weeks and finally was reimbursed for the sheets and toilet paper. They did reimburse us for one night and cleaning fees. That did not help the fact that we were staying in a dirty place. We could not find another place bc it was Memorial Day weekend and everything was booked. TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE! NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

The room was not clean, dust everywhere, literally so thick that you could physically see it covering two different doors. The floors were so dirty that my two-year-old daughter walked around barefoot for about 15 minutes in the bottom of her feet were completely black. Other than that, the kitchenette and actual shower were both clean. The bedding on the master bedroom seems to be poor quality. The bed is also terribly uncomfortable. Overall, the location made up for the issues, but with so many other host and properties in that area available, we probably would not go back to this listing.

Very nice home base for a busy weekend.

We were primarily in the area to do a show in Texas City, so the time spent at the place was mainly for relax time after travel and event. Great balcony with perfect view of the Gulf was the selling point for us. 85% of our time was out there chilling after hours. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean with good water pressure, and couch can keep you planted. This place is perfect for an active weekend getaway. Location by the pier was great, and beach access was easy. Highly recommended.
