*Rental agreement and ID matching the credit card used is required after reservation is made.
**Please note that this complex does not have an elevator. This condo is situated on the 2nd floor of the building and will require walking up 2 flights of stairs**
**Beginning July 1, 2024, guests will be required to pay a $26.25 parking fee per vehicle, up to two vehicles, per stay. There will be signage with a QR code to pay for the parking once you arrive on site.
