Settle into this modern condo with a king primary bedroom, a secondary suite with two queen beds, and a private patio. Enjoy hotel-grade cleanliness, curated amenities, gated parking, a seasonal pool with baja ledge, a fitness room, and a rooftop patio w/ pool table —minutes from Broadway, Vandy, cafés, and live music.



The Space:

Welcome to your bright, thoughtfully designed Nashville, home base on iconic Music Row. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 6 and blends hotel-style comfort with the ease of a full home—perfect for couples, friends, families, or a weekend in Music City.



Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen stocked beyond the basics (pots and pans, wine glasses, tea kettle, coffee maker, plus a selection of coffees, teas, and spices). Bedroom 1 features a cozy king bed, while Bedroom 2 offers two queen beds so everyone can spread out. End the day with a glass of wine on the quiet private patio—a calm pause between Broadway nights and Nashville adventures.



Building amenities at The Crescendo (Music Row):

Enjoy gated, secure parking, a fitness room (treadmills, ellipticals, free weights), a private conference/meeting room, and a rooftop clubroom with skyline views, entertaining kitchen, gathering spaces, billiards table, and a sprawling rooftop patio. The seasonal pool with baja ledge and pool bar area is currently closed through May 2026.

Guest Access:

Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Music Row and Edgehill place you in the heart of Nashville’s creative energy, surrounded by historic recording studios, charming side streets, and an easy mix of local cafés, cocktail bars, and restaurants, all within walking distance. This area feels distinctly “Nashville” – polished but laid back – with quick access (about a 5-minute ride) to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and nearby neighborhoods like The Gulch, and Midtown.



Guests love staying here for the balance of culture and convenience. Broadway and downtown are just a short drive or rideshare away, while 12 South and Hillsboro Village are close for boutique shopping and dining. It’s an ideal location if you want a refined, comfortable retreat with a front-row seat to the city’s music scene and everyday local life.



Step outside and walk to some of the city’s most-loved spots: enjoy tapas at Barcelona, Mediterranean fare at Sadie’s, or one of Nashville’s best pizzas at Bella Napoli. Grab hot chicken at Hattie B’s Midtown, sip cocktails at the iconic Old Glory speakeasy, or start your morning with coffee at The Well Coffeehouse just around the corner. Yoga lovers will appreciate Shakti Power Yoga across the street.



Getting Around:

The Crescendo’s main entrance and parking are located on 16th Ave (Music Row), a one-way street in the heart of Nashville’s Music Row. The building sits on the right-hand side of the street, directly across from Adorn Wedding Dresses and just before The Well Coffeehouse and Silver Fox Coffee—making it easy to spot when arriving. Guests have access to an on-site gated parking garage, as well as additional parking spaces in the alley behind the building. EV charging stations are available in that alley, and there is access to the building’s pool from that alley as well. Rideshares are readily available in this area, and Broadway, Vanderbilt, and Belmont are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

★Possible Daytime Noise from Nearby Construction★

Please note that there is an active construction project in the surrounding area. Work typically takes place during standard daytime hours (approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday), and you may experience some intermittent noise during this time. While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure full transparency so you can plan accordingly. Evenings, nights, and weekends are generally quiet.



★Amenities & Building Facilities★

Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.



★Smoke-Free Home & Community★

In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.



★Supplies & Essentials★

We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.



★Families & Baby Gear★

Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and baby gate (in homes with stairs) available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.



★Maintenance & Repairs★

Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.



★Building Access & Trash Rooms★

The lobby and mail room are located on ground level, with all units situated on the floors above the lobby. Guests can access the units via stairs or elevator. A trash room is available on every unit level and located next to the elevators on the left-hand side for convenient waste disposal during your stay.



★Luggage Storage★

Complimentary luggage storage is available in the Crescendo Mail Room, located in the lobby. Storage is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this area is accessible to all guests, owners, and mail carriers. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

We prioritize seamless, responsive communication throughout your stay. The best way to reach our team is through your booking platform, where messages are monitored and responded to promptly.

As listed, very clean, nice location, safe area, initial check in was a little difficult as my provided code didn’t work and I needed to call to work that out and get into the apt. I liked that there was a private parking garage and the building was pretty quiet.
