Yes, we advertise that this home "Sleeps 6," and it definitely can and does. 3 Full Beds. However, please keep in mind that the home is about 616 square feet total. If 6 fully grown adults showed up for a week with 8 fully grown suitcases, then it will absolutely be a little cramped. The ideal amount of humans for this size space is probably 4, but it will fit 6, especially if some of those people are not fully grown adults.

After booking, we will send you a Red Carpet Rental Agreement to sign to complete your reservation. It's a no-nonsense Agreement that protects the guest, host, and the property, and is allowed within the policies and guidelines of all travel booking platforms. The Agreement will come to you as a link, and we require all guests to sign it to rent any of our properties, no matter where the reservation came from. You will have to upload a copy of your government-issued ID to complete your reservation. This property requires a $300.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT. It will be collected as a credit card hold separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.

Pet fees are $75 per dog, and if your OTA does not support multiple pet fees, we will collect it separately before check-in. NO PUPPIES, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, and more breeds- PLEASE REVIEW THE FULL LIST OF RESTRICTED BREEDS BEFORE BOOKING.
